Our House BellaRosa is situated in a calm and sunny place in Emmetten, without traffic, but directly accessible by car. Anyway it takes you five minutes to the centre of the village with magazine, restaurants and cable cars. In summertime Emmetten is a hiking paradise with endless hiking possibilities and additionally a variety of bathing places either in Lake Lucerne or in the little mountain lake Seeli in our neighbour village Seelisberg. In wintertime there is a very family friendly skiing area with cable cars and lifts leading 2000 m high. There are also winter hiking paths, snowboard fun park and a long sliding way down to Emmetten. In the house BellaRosa are the two upper apartments built into the roof, very typical and comfortable, suitable for 2-3 persons, with kitchen, eating space and bathroom. Our biggest apartment Rosa**** has 120 sqm, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms (2 and 4 beds) and three balconies with a fantastic view over the Lake Lucerne and mountains.

Our 4-star-aparment Rosa is most comfortable with really everything which makes our modern life easy. It has a very big living room with eating place and three balconies with marvellous view over Lake Lucerne. From the eating place you reach the kitchen glass ceramic cooking area, dish washer, big refrigerator. Rosa has a parents bed room with double bed and direct access to a big bathroom, a further bedroom with four beds and separate shower/WC.

Super schöner Ausblick, Ruhe, Wanderungen direkt ab WEWO möglich, kleiner Supermarkt in der Nähe.

Alle Angaben waren korrekt, sehr guter Zustand, unbedingt empfehlenswert, gute Lage mit traumhaften Blick über den See (Straße manchmal etwas laut), Auto unbedingt erforderlich, sehr angenehme Vermieter.
