On the upper floor lives the friendly owner family who has two dogs and grows above the house in some greenhouses flowers. In front of the apartment is a large, sunny south terrace with garden furniture and sunshade with breathtaking view onto the Mediterranean Sea. The access leads from 200 m with a rising private alley direct to your private parking space at the house. Stores, supermarkets, sandy beach, restaurant and bar are in San Lorenzo (1.5 km) or Cipressa (5 km).
