Our 'Claudia Alice' pension (specially for non smokers) lies at the idyllic meadow of the Flöha, in the large Erz Mountain Valley. Hiking and bicycle paths start in front of the house and run through blossoming or snowy meadows and also into the forest at the mountain tops. You can stay for the night at our 'Wiesengrund' apartment (4 + 2 people, 88 m², 2 bedrooms, complete kitchen, large fairytale like garden) or at 'Alice' nostalgic apartment at the adjacent youth villa (2 people, 60 m2, tiled oven, rooftop terrace, breakfast service upon request). We offer our guests storytelling sessions, guided hiking tours, keyboard classes and readings. Within 7 walking minutes you can reach the bakery, butcher and the hotel. Seiffen - the city of toys- in which the typical Christmas- figures are made lies just 15 km away. Animal lovers can become friends with our cuddly sheep, a female Dalmatian dog and two cats. We all would be glad to welcome you!

Our 'Wiesengrund' vacation house (for 4+ 2 non smokers) lies in the idyllic and meadow rich Flöhtal valley. In Spring 2002 it was largely remodeled. Inside the house are a 88 m2 living room, a full equipped kitchen, a roomy living room, 2 bedrooms ( each with one double bed + cot and 2 further occupancy options), a bathroom with WC along with guests- WC. Tasteful little details, balmy colors and the historic specialties of the house bring in the feeling of well being. Right in front of the house lies a near 300 m2 large garden with playground, grill area and plenty sitting space. Baker, butcher and hotel just 7 minutes walk away. If so wished, we can come along on different hiking tours. We would be glad to welcome you!

Thermal baths: Combine your stay at our vacation house with taking a short treatment. You can reach the thermal baths 'Silbertherme' in Warmland and 'Miriquidi' in Wiesenbad in about a 20 - 35 minute drive. Both are old mineral springs. Small therapies can be arranged for you or you can simply relax body and soul while staying in the warm waters.

Seiffen: the city of toys: Just 15 minutes away is Seiffen: the city of toys. Behold here (the same as in Olbernhau) the traditional handworks of the Erz Mountains, the making of nutcrackers, smoking men, candle arches and pyramids. Specially during the Advent season it is worthwhile to pay us locals a visit. Everywhere windows are gently lit with the lights of small Christmas figures. They bring light into homes and hearts, because in Erz Mountain, Christmas is at home!

Bohemian neighbors: Olbernhau lies exactly on the border of the Czech Republic. Little crossings for pedestrians make it possible to pay a quick visit. You can drive through the southern side of the Erz Mountain, where the landscape is also very beautiful, but in a completely different way. Enjoy the tasty Bohemian cusine or the cities of Karlsbad and Prague!

Ski: From the end of November to the beginning of March the snowing winter can pay us a visit. Olbernhau and its surroundings offer ski tracks and ski runs of different difficulties.

Wir waren bisher 4 Mal in Olbernhau im Urlaub und es wird mit Sicherheit nicht das letzte mal gewesen sein. Das ist Urlaub pur. Von der ersten Minute an.
Es ist eigentlich schon wie nach Hause kommen. Die Wohnung lädt zum Wohlfühlen ein. Es ist alles vorhanden, eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit gemütlicher Sitzecke, ein großes Wohnzimmer, 2 sehr schöne Schlafzimmer und ein hübsches Bad. Im Sommer beobachten die vielen kleinen Elfenfiguren im Garten das Treiben auf der Terasse und dem Grillplatz.
Überall, ob im Haus oder im Garten, ist alles mit Liebe zum Detail hergerichtet, ein Blumenstrauß auf dem Küchentisch, eine Obstschale im Wohnzimmer, in der Weihnachtszeit die typische Dekoration mit Schwibbögen und Räuchermännschen.
Die Umgebung lädt im Sommer wie im Winter zu Spaziergängen ein.
Die Vermieter stehen jederzeit mit Ratschlägen für Unternehmungen, Wanderzielen, einheimischen Lokalitäten oder auch als Berater bei der Pilzesuche zur Verfügung.
Wir freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Urlaub in Olbernhau.

Wir haben schon mehmals in diesem wunderschönem Feriendomizil Tage verbracht . Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt . Die Wohnungen sind funktionsgerecht bestens eingerichtet und sehr geschmackvoll mit Stil gestaltet . Es bleibt nichts weiteres übrig , als sich darin wohl zu fühlen .
Die reizvolle Umgebung läd zu Wanderungen ein . Autotouristen sind keine Grenzen gesetzt, auch alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Region kennenzulernen .
Die sehr freundlichen Gastgeber machen alles möglich ,was in ihren Kräften steht .

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in unberührter Natur

Hallo zusammen,

wir waren bereits drei Mal in diesem wunderschönen, familienfreundlichen und liebevollen eingerichteten Ferienhaus im größten Tal des Erzgebirges. Die einzelnen Räume sind großzügig geschnitten, liebevoll eingerichtet, also man betritt das Ferienhaus und fühlt sich sofort zu Hause. Die Vermieterin / Gastgeber sind alle sehr nett, herzlich und sehr freundlich. Bei der Anreise wird man sehr nett empfangen und im Ferienhaus angekommen wartet dann auch schon ein großer Teller mit frischem verschiedem Obst für die ganze Familie. Die Umgebung läd ein zur Erholung.

Die Küche ist komplett eingerichet mit Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine etc. Es stehen zwei sehr schöne gemütliche Schlafzimmer zur Verfügung. Das Bad ist mit einer schönen neuen Dusche ausgestattet.

Auch sehr schön fanden wir, dass dieses Ferienhaus ein Nichtraucherhaus ist. Wer dennoch mal eine rauchen möchte, kann dies auf einer schönen Terasse im Garten gemütlich bei einem Glas Wein o.ä. machen.

Auch die Kinder werden dort ihren Spaß haben, da ein Spielplatz auf dem eingezäunten Grundstück zur Verfügung steht.

Auch ohne Auto kommt man mit Bus und Bahn in die benachbarten Städte.

Also wer einen schönen Uralub im Erzgebirge machen möchte, sollte dies unbedingt in diesem Häuschen machen.

PS. an die Vermieterin: Macht weiter so !!!! Der Urlaub ist immer TOP bei euch. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Urlaub bei euch.
