This finca, which was built and restored in traditional style, is situated in the outer part of Santanyi in a very calm residential quarter. The house is clinkered with field stones. From one side you have a marvellous view to the village with the church; this is especially nice during the night, when the village is illuminated. The new pool (8x4 m) is behind the house, surrounded by a big terrace, which is lovely decorated with plants. A wall secures the whole property. Here you can relax, swim and forget the common days. There also air condition and electrical radial heating, so that everything is well prepared for renting also during autumn/winter/springtime.

Notes to the rental rates

• The basic price is valid for 4 persons/night. Each further guest has to pay € 10,--/night. Final cleaning will be charged with € 75,--. While starting the renting period a deposit of € 150,-- is required. This will be given back after your holidays, provided, that everything was kept in good condition. Cleaning and change of bed linen will be done weekly. Beach towels will also be set at your disposal. Maintenance of pool and garden on request. The Mallorquin house-owners herself will do the service. Firewood can be bought in the nearby garden centre.
  
• In case of final booking you will receive by e-mail or post a confirmation, a special description how to reach the house and information about the car, if rented one. After having received this, a payment on account of 30 % of the total sum has to be transferred on the owner´s account. The remaining amount has to be paid on arrival. If possible, someone (English speaking) is prepared to meet you on arrival at each day or night time to welcome you, hand over the keys and give you a short explanation of special house details. This person also is allowed by the owner of the house to cash the remaining amount against receipt.

Beaches nearby

Cala Santanyi: Lots of possibilities to get a walk along the extraordinary steep coast. E.g. you´ll see some rocks forming of a gate, the so-called “El Portas”, which can often be found on holiday cards. Below in the naturally kept bay you´ll find a quiet fine-sandy beach. Cala Llombards: Here are four bays in the near surrounding with sensationally clear water. Cala Mondrago: This is the biggest beach nearby and is kept under natural protection. Here are only two little hotels. It also is a good start for having a walk to some archaeological points. S’Aramador: Can be reached easily by feet or car from Cala Figuera and offers good conditions for families with children as it is going down slightly from the beach into the water. Deckchairs and sunshades can be rented. Some pines also give a little bit of shade. A small way connects two bays.

Only 15 km away from the house you’ll find the very exclusive “Marriott’s Golf Antem I & II Resort”. 10 km away “Val d’Or”, one of the best-known golf resorts of Mallorca with its recently restored clubhouse and the marvellous views to Cala d’Or and the harbour of Porto Colom. This resort offers special golf courses for small groups in English, Spanish or German language on request as well as for beginners as for advanced players. Even for non-golfers a visit of this impressive area is worthwhile.
