It is spaciously designed for 6-8 people: living space 250 m², property (slope location) 1600 m². The unit with a living room and kitchen on the upper floor (= ground floor) is equipped with natural stone walls, marble floors, an open fireplace, bar with different drinks and with chairs made of leather, stereo system and satellite TV. On this floor you will also find a garage and a storage room with more than 1500 books, a patio with granite seats and loungers. - On the lower floor are the bedrooms and a covered patio, the first each with a private bathroom with a toilet, bidet and shower (one with an additional bathtub). Two of the rooms are equipped with French double beds (mattress dimensions 2.10 * 1.8 m), 1 more (can be separated in 2) with bunk beds. Residence pool and tennis court are 200 m away.
