We offer two guest houses (House Alcazar and House Benitez) in a stunning location directly by the sea. Both houses have a spacious turnaround, a large sunny patio, a private swimming pool (4m x 12m), a direct access to the sea and a closing garage for 2 cars. Care on site. During the peak season (July/August) only both houses can be rented together (ideal case: two families). If both houses are rented together, a rental price discount for each house of 10% will be given. During the shoulder seasons, both houses can also be rented individually. A single rent during the peak season is possible if the houses are not yet rented 30 days before arrival (last minute). More information will be given by the landlord.

The villa Benitez is separated on two floors. The ground floor: an open living room and dining room area (about 50 m2), kitchen, WC, sleeper sofa and satellite TV are available. The top floor: 1 bedroom with 2 beds, 1 bedroom with 3 beds and a bathroom with a shower/WC. The surroundings: large sunny patio (together with the guest house Alcazar), 4x12m swimming pool (together with the guest house Alcazar) and a large garden (together with the guest house Alcazar). The house has wireless internet connection (ADSL without limits with internet telephone, without additional costs).

The holiday residence Rocamor is made of the villa Alcazar and the guest house Benitez. It is located 5 km outside of the fishing village of Rose. It is directly on the sea with its own private staircase to the sea. It borders an unobstructed nature reserve. About a 10 minute walk away you will find a beach from the small, but good Almadraba bay. The residence has a spacious outdoor area with a large sunny patio and a private pool (12 x 4m). The tenants will be cared for discretely on site. Also, a trip to Rocamor is worth it during the shoulder seasons! The villa Alcazar, for example, has two air-conditioned bedrooms and two cozy fireplaces. Excursions to Andorra, Barcelona, Gerona and countless medieval cities offer excitement. For hikers, there are countless routes and golf lovers have a golf course. Near the city of Gerona, you can be pampered in a modern thermal spa. More information from the landlord.
