You can reach the beaches (Captiva, Sanibel, Fort Myers Beach), restaurants and objects of interest in a few minutes with the car. (For example Cape Harbour with live music and many restaurants at the harbour / Italian ice cafe approx. in 5 minutes) For the investigation of the near area there are two bicycles available.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The prices refer to an allocation starting from 2 persons. Each further person costs 50,- euros extra each week. Children up to 6 years are free of charge. Offers on request. For long time holidays (more than 28 days) 15 % discount on the total lease price.
  • Cleaning fee 120 euro (payable locally at the last day before depature / check in and check out included). Electricity up to 30 KW/h per day is included. Increased consumption will be charged with 0,10 Euro per KW/h and will be set off against the security deposit. A pre-payment of 300,00 euro is payable with the reservation registration. The remainder price is payable due 30 days before travel start. All taxes included.
  • Further we raise a security-charge of 300 euros which is payable due 30 days before travel start too. You will get back this security charge after leaving the house normal. Should the rent plus security-charge not be at our disposal at the beginning of the traveling start, so we can cancel the reservation.
    With a possible travel resignation from your side we ask for your part of understanding for following cancellation fees:
    - with resignation from more than 90 days before beginning of renting 10 % of the entire rent,
    - with resignation 89 – 60 days before beginning of renting 30 % of the entire rent,
    - with resignation 59 – 30 days before beginning of renting 50 % of the entire rent,
    - with resignation from the 29th day before beginning of renting 80% of the entire rent.

Wieder rund um zufrieden.

Nachdem wir letztes Jahr zum 1. mal unseren Urlaub hier im Haus verbracht haben,war uns klar das wir dieses Jahr wieder hierhin wollten.Wir waren beim ersten mal so begeistert ,dass ich mir gar nicht die mühe gemacht habe was anderes zu suchen.Das Haus hat alles aber wirklich alles was man sich vorstellen kann.Wir waren auch dieses Jahr wieder rund um zufrieden.
Super nette Vermieter und sehr hilfsbereiter Hausverwalter.
Ich kann dieses Haus nur weiter empfehlen.

Feiner Florida - Urlaub

Die Villa Williamsburg wurde uns empfohlen und hat alle Erwartungen übertroffen.
Die Lage des Hauses ermöglicht einen entspannten Aufenthalt in ruhiger Nachbarschaft, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Shopping-Mals sind in der Nähe, Restaurants für jede Tageszeit und je nach Geschmack sind gut erreichbar.
Die Einrichtung, der Pool, die Garage und die Ausstattung -vor Allem die der Küche- ist mehr als fein und lässt keine Wünsche unerfüllt, dazu gehört natürlich auch der typische American Grill.
Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis passt!!!
Strände findet man in Cape Coral und Fort Myer's Beach, die schönsten haben jedoch Sanibel Island -das Sylt Floridas- und Captiva.
Die Vermieter sind sind ausgesprochen nett, vorab zugesandte Reiseunterlagen wurden mit viel Aufwand und Liebe zum Detail zusammengestellt und haben fast alle Fragen beantwortet.
Der telefonische Kontakt vor der Abreise, nach der Ankunft und nach unserer Heimkehr war sehr herzlich.
Betreut wird die Villa von einer deutschen Familie, die um die Ecke wohnt -Miracle Coast Service- und schnell vor Ort ist.
Die Begrüßung, Übergabe und Einweisung war umfassend, professionell und sehr herzlich, ebenso die Abnahme.
Sollten wir wieder Urlaub in Florida machen, dann sicher wieder in der Villa Williamsburg.

Tolles Haus mit sehr netten Vermietern

Wir waren bereits zwei mal zu Gast in diesem wunderschönen gepflegten und sauberen Haus. Als echte Florida Fans mit wirklich einiger Erfahrung (ca. 15 Urlaube dort) haben wir in Cape Coral einen tollen Ort zum ausspannen und erholen gefunden, den man wirklich nur empfehlen kann. Die Vermieter sind sehr nette und liebe Leute. Einzig der Verwalter war zwar nicht so unser Fall, aber muss er ja auch nicht.
Auch in diesem Jahr waren wir in Cape Coral, aber in einem anderen Haus, da dieses leider bereits gebucht war. Lob an die Vermieter: So schön gestrichen ist Ihr Haus noch schöner als es bereits war. Wir haben es uns vor Ort angesehen und waren begeistert.
Vielleicht klappt`s ja noch einmal im nächsten Jahr.

Entspannter Urlaub American Style

Schon zum zweiten Mal verbrachten wir unseren Langzeit-
urlaub in diesem gepflegten und großzügigen Haus. Wer einen Urlaub ohne Stress und Auftrieb sucht, findet hier im Haus Williamsburg ein ideales Domizil. Sehr ruhig, aber
trotzdem verkehrsgünstig gelegen, sind die Entfernungen
zum Flughafen, zu den Stränden (Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island), zu Shopping Centers und Outlet Malls
gering. Das Haus ist reichlich mit allem, was man als
Urlauber braucht, ausgestattet. Die Restaurants im nur
5 Fahrminuten entfernten Cape Harbour sind für Lunch und
Dinner sehr zu empfehlen. Supermärkte befinden sich in nächster Nähe. Vermieter und deutscher Verwalter sind
sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unseren nächsten Florida-
urlaub werden wir sicher wieder hier verbringen!

Wir haben mit unserem 1-jährigen Sohn einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub in diesem Haus verbracht. Die Lage ist absolut ruhig, aber verkehrsgünstig. Das Einkaufs- und Restaurantangebot in der Nähe ist eher begrenzt, so dass man regelmäßig längere Fahrten mit dem Auto (mind. 20 Min.) zurücklegen muss. Das Haus ist gut gepflegt und vor allem die Küchenausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Nachteilig war lediglich die fehlende Poolabsicherung, so dass die Unterkunft für Familien mit kleinen Kindern weniger geeignet ist. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war ausgespochen freundlich und hilfreich.
