The country house, cited in the literature as a typical rural construction of early '900, is located in a large verdant area, dipped into silence and delightfully airy. Over 54 acres are all around with vineyard, olive-grove, grain and sunflowers and pleasantly caressed from sea winds. Giardini di Varrone Farmhouse was accomplished by Lea Monetti, worldwide known paintress and sculptress. She arranged an oasis of beauty and tranquillity where hosts can find the best comfort. The country house has laundry, wine cellar, wide green park with drawing-room to the open where it is possible to refresh to fountain and its cascade with thermal property and an pleasant, relaxant hall with fireplace, library, angle reading, painting, music and TV, home theatre, adapted also for events. The sea, also reachable with bicycle track, is at few minutes of car and therefore the main tourist localities, fabulous resorts of bathing or evening walks, where you can stop and buy fish.

Each apartment faces to a different side for the best privacy that, together with the elegant and well-cared furniture, makes the greatest relax even for the most particular host.,. The apartments are furnish with care for your pleasure, composed from a wide stay with angle baking, double room and bath with shower and equipped with TV, sofa and every comfort. We have conserved the typical furnishings of the ancient stables as 'mangiatoia' and the original ceilings with beams and captivate of wood and iron. We produce a fine wine, oil, marmalade and honey. The country house is encircled in a great green park with a drawing-room to the open with thermal properties fountain and a hall with fireplace, angle reading and painting, library, TV and home theatre.

The farmhouse is an oasis of peace and beauty surrounded by olive trees, grapevines, sunflowers and fields of grain. Beautiful antique features of the centuries-old stall have been preserved: the ceilings with wooden and iron trusses and feeding trough. Wine cellar with tasting of characteristic local produce; elegant lounge with fireplace and reading corner. Archaeological sites, nature parks, golf courses, swimming pools, horse-trekking and cycle tours in the vicinity. From Rome: “superstrada” for Siena, exit at Ruderi di Roselle, then right on to Strada dello Sbirro, then left over a small bridge. The first pink house on the right. From Florence-Siena: “strada statale” 223, exit at Ruderi di Roselle, then as above.

Ercole, Castiglione of the Pescaia, the Argentario Mount, Orbetello. The beautiful places and countries are just a few minutes away with car. Around us an immense naturalistic oasis, the natural Park of Maremma, the archaeological park of Roselle, the famous Etruscan city in whose amphitheatre goes in scene theatre shows in nocturnal and those of Vetulonia, Cosa, Baratti and Populonia. The mining park, the Petriolo terme, Calidarium and Saturnia terme, with which we have one special convention. |
