The apartment (for max. 4 people) with a separate entry is located in a free-standing villa above the town of Diano Marina. The villa, at the end of a private street, has a gorgeous almost 180 degree view from the highest plateau area. It can be reached via the 'Monade' community, which is a super residential area. From up here you can enjoy the unique 180° view over the endlessly shiny Mediterranean and of the picturesque coastal city of Diano Marina. Whether swimming in the pool or sitting in your apartment, you always have this wonderful, unforgettable view. It is about 2 km from the beach and takes about 5 minutes to reach by car. The direct view to the ocean is about 600 m. The fully-furnished apartment meets German standards, with every comfort. Parking space on fenced-in property. You will get a remote control for the gate. The house is very quiet.

Diano Marina is one of the most famous swimming areas on the Flower Riviera, which is award winning for its long sand beach. Villa Hans is in Diano Marina, at the end of a private street, that leads to the highest plateau area with a fantastic ocean view. It can be reached via the 'Monade' community, which is a super residential area. There are no other buildings on the right, left or behind the house, instead there are hundreds of metres of olive trees with forest and hiking trails. This location guarantees you peace and relaxation, far off the beaten track. You should have a car, it is necessary for shopping and to drive to the beach.

Die Bilder des Objekts halten, was sie versprechen. Die Wohnung liegt am Rand eines Wohngebiets auf der Höhe in sehr ruhiger Lage und wirklich traumhafter Aussicht. Sie ist komplett ausgestattet und bietet genug Platz für vier Personen. Die Vermieterfamilie ist äußerst nett und hilfsbereit, man verständigt sich mit Händen und Füßen. Der Pool ist eine schöne und wertvolle Alternative an Wochenenden und Feiertagen, wenn der Strand etwas voller wird.

Tolles Ferienhaus in super Lage.
Sehr ruhig gelegen und im Vergleich zum turbulenten
Diano Marina ein Platz der Erholung und Entspannung.
Die Vermieterfamilie spricht leider nur italiensich (kein englisch oder französisch) ist aber super nett.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Young Children
Owner's Response: Ein herzliches Dankeschön von der italienischen Gastgeberfamilie und der deutschen Betreuung Vorort.
