This modern decorated 2-floor villa is situated very quiet on a hill, 3 km above the small town of Almuñecar at the Costa del Sol. From the four terraces you'll have an extraordinary view over the sea and the mountains. The house has three bedrooms, one with a king-size-bed, one with a queen-size-bed and one with 2 single-beds. There are two bathrooms, one with bath tub and the other with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, electrical cooker and oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, etc. You'll also find a washing machine, a radio, a DVD-and CD-player. The house has its own satellite dish which makes it possible to receive many national and international channels. You can enjoy yourself at the private swimming pool or relax on the terrace chairs. There is also a barbecue for cosy evenings. There is a beautiful garden with many trees. The property has around 4.000sqm and the living area measures around 150sqm and offers plenty of space for up to 6 persons.

Villa La Colina is located between Málaga and Almería, at the southern coast of Spain, the Costa del Sol. The location is beautiful and quiet, on a hill embedded in fruit plantations. From the terraces you have panoramic views to the mountains of the “Sierra Almijarra” and the town of Almuñecar at the nearby seaside. Within only five minutes by car you will find there several supermarkets, as well as many restaurants and bars with typical Spanish and international offer. At the nearby coast you will find many beaches and cosy bays. To many sights, like for example beautiful Granada with its world-famous Alhambra and the Nerja Caves it is only about 1 hour drive as well. To the next international airport in Malaga it is only about 80kms and the villa is easily accessible by motorway.

Das Traumhaus bietet allen erdenklichen Luxus und ist super ausgestattet. Durch die Lage oben auf dem Berg hat man einen tollen Blick auf die Berge und bis zum Meer.
Das Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt und bietet sehr viele Rückzugsmöglichkeiten für einen entspannten Urlaub.
Almunecar bietet leider nicht so schöne Strände und ist als Ort nicht so attraktiv.

Wir haben dieses Haus im August 2009 17 Tage bewohnt und festgestellt, dass Fotos die Wirklichkeit oft verzerren, denn dieses Anwesen ist noch viel schöner als es die Bilder darstellen. Die Lage ist einzigartig! Wer Ruhe liebt ist in diesem TOP ausgestatteten Haus richtig aufgehoben. Es fehlt in diesem Haus wirklich nichts, sogar die Küche ist mit allen nur erdenklichen Küchengeräten und Geschirr ausgestattet. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen und können das Ferienhaus nur empfehlen.

Uneinsehbares Grundstück mit wunderschön angelegtem und gepflegtem Garten, beleuchtbarem Pool, Boule-Platz und Gemüsebeet - letzteres im höhergelegenen Bereich des terrassenförmig angelegten Grundstücks. Von den verschiedenen Terrassen der Villa hat man einen eindrucksvollen Blick in jede Himmelsrichtung. Im Haus selbst fehlt es an nichts, alles ist in einem sehr guten und sauberen Zustand.

In Wirklichkeit viel schöner!

Die Anreise hat wunderbar geklappt und als wir dann vor der wunderschönen Villa standen waren wir begeistert. Die Bilder im Internet versprachen doch einiges, aber in der Wirklichkeit sieht alles viel schöner aus. Wir haben uns sofort in die Villa verliebt, die im übrigen sehr Geschmackvoll eingerichtet ist. Kurzum, wir haben uns im Haus Pudelwohl gefühlt und schließen nicht aus, wieder einmal in Andalusien und auf der Villa Colina Urlaub zu machen.

Luxus, aber abseits

Toll ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit luxuriösem Ambiente;
Lage: wegen steiler Auffahrt gewöhnungsbedürftig, abseits vom Ort (ca. 10 Min. mit Auto zum Brot-Kaufen), aber sehr ruhig
Almunecar kein sehr ansprechender Ort, kiesiger Strand
Owner's Response: Die steile AUffahrt ist wegen der Lage des Hauses, die sehr ruhig gelegen ist auf einem Hügel und die tolle Aussichten auf das Meer und auf die nahegelegenen Berge bietet. Die Lage ist deswegen ideal für Urlaubsgäste die Ruhe und Erholung suchen. Villa Colina ist in kurzer Entfernung vom Örtchen Almunecar, dort findet man alle wichtigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (u.a. spanishe und internationale/deutsche Supermarktsketten). Das Örtchen hat einen schönen Altstadtkern und ist im Sommer sehr lebhaft, ab September eher ruhig. Schöne Strände findet man in ca. 5-10 km Entfernung vom Ort. Almunecar hat insgesamt 26 Strände, aber die schönsten und ruhigsten Strände sind etwas "versteckt" (playa de Cantarrijan, La Herradura, Playa de Cotobro, Playa del Muerto, Playa del Tesorrillo etc). Gerne geben wir Ihnen Tips wo man die schönsten Strände rund um Almunecar findet (einen Sandstrand finden Sie eine halbe Stunde entfernt mit dem Auto in Nerja). Bitte fragen Sie uns einfach direkt.
