Quietly and idyllically situated vacation house at the crystal-clear Ionian Sea
In the middle of fruit trees and vine yards, this delightful vacation house is situated in a spacious, absolutely quiet property at the Ionian Sea coast in Apulia, with own access way to one of the most beautiful beaches of the region. The house lies in the small vacation settlement of Monaco Mirante, not far from the complex 'L'Oasi di Monaco Mirante', which is also described in this rental index. This generously equipped house has two spacious bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, bathroom and a practical outside shower as well as a protected terrace with a beautiful view into the green surroundings and an extensive garden, a secure playing field for children. The property is completely enclosed; you park your car directly beside the house. The equipment is very complete: Pots and pans, dishes, glasses and cutlery etc. in sufficient quantity. Bath- and bed-linen is included in the price. Thus you can arrive with small luggage.

The quiet little agglomeration of Monaco Mirante lies on the Gulf of Taranto, 3 km southeast of the beach resort and small seaport Campomarino, on the Ionian Sea. Our romantic Mediterranean garden is surrounded by a coastal landscape: dunes, beach and sea in the front, gardens, vineyards and olive groves at the back. On narrow streets winding their way through vinyards and olive trees more than a hundred years old, you can reach the typical Apulian town of Maruggio with its friendly and hospitable inhabitants in a few minutes by bicycle. Here, you find all you need for your vacation. The larger cities of Lecce, Taranto and Brindisi, all well worth a visit, are less than 1 hour by car away. Coming from the north (Rome, Napoli, Bari), you follow the Adriatic highway all the way to Taranto, then it is less than an hour to Monaco Mirante. The airports of Brindisi and Bari are about 60 or 100 mins respectively away.
