Located on two of the Costa Del Sol's premier golf courses, Atalaya Old & New, this superbly appointed apartment is close to Puerto Banus and Marbella and the gourmet village of Benhavis with its many and varied restaurants yet the beach is only minutes away for all your water sports. This is a low rise complex set amongst tropical gardens. There are three pools with the 'Clubhouse' located by the main pool which houses an excellent restaurant and bar. There is free use of full size tennis and padel courts and discounted golf available from the 'Clubhouse'. This is a quiet and tranquil complex with 24hr security but only minutes away from the buzzing night life of the 'Golden Mile'. La Cartjua is also an excellent centre for touring the region. Take a ferry to North Africa, go bargain hunting in Gibraltar or visit the famous Alhambra in the beautiful city of Granada.

Our Apartment is set in a tranquil setting on two of Costa del Sol's most well know golf courses, Atalaya Old and Atalaya New. We are also beside El Paraiso Golf and Country Club which also specialises in Chinese therapies. Los Flamingos golf course is a very short distance away as are many of the Costa's other well know golf courses. We are also located on the road to the famous gastronomic town of Benhavis.

Notes: The second bedroom has three single beds while the main bedroom is furnished with a double bed. There is a very large private rooftop sun terrace with all day sun. It is furnished with 4 sun loungers and dining facilities for 4 to 6 persons. it also has a barabcue and seating area. The lower terrace is west facing with wonderful sunsets perfect for that romantic evening drink before dinner. It is also furnished with dining table and chairs. The lower terrace is accessed from the lonuge and master bedroom. The rooftop sun terrace provides execellent privacy while one of the complex's three pools is immediately adjacent the apartment if preferred.

The apartment is very tastefully decorated in the spanish style. It is bright and airy and very spacious. There is a good sized kitchen and utility room with all mod-cons. The master bedroom and bathroom comprises of a dressing area with double sinks and a separate toilet/shower area with bidet. The 2nd bedroom is also ensuite with its own small balcony (Romeo & Juliet Style!!). Both bedrooms are equipped with plenty of wardrobe space. There is a very large lounge/dining area and the rooms are all painted white with marble floors. The furniture includes a large round dining table with 4 chairs. There is a 3 seater sofa bed and 2 seater sofa.

A great place & apartment to site ourselves in this well kept & beautiful complex. We have stayed in variable holiday accomodation in Spain over the last few years & found this apartment to be the best for our party of 4 adults. Bright spacious & spotless. We loved the gardens which are very well maintained and the pool areas (3 in total) were never crowded. We always mangaged to get sun loungers! Very important for us sun worshipers!There is plenty to see & do within a short drive of this apartment, Benahavis just up the road, Puerto Banus, Marbella & Estepona. We found the owner Liz very helpful with restaurant recommendations and she gave us a great contact for hiring a car. We plan to return soon for our sun fix !

Simply Stunning

My family and I have returned from this apartment and I can highly recommend the property.

I took my husband, daughter and parents to the apartment and there was plenty of room for us all. The property is very well equipped and tastefully decorated.

The surrounding areas are very quiet and peaceful and the pool and gardens are immaculate. My daughter was never out of the pool and my father never off the terraces!

Supermarkets are within very easy reach as is Puerto Banus if you fancy a walk with the more affluent individuals!!!!

The communication with the vendor has also been fantastic and she will answer any questions and assist with any problems that you may have.

Overall a throughly relaxing holiday in a superb location, in a stunning apartment and we will certainly be returning.

A Very Enjoyable Holiday

We enjoyed our stay at your site - it works perfectly with the guard at the entrance to La Cartuja, the pool and garden area is very nice and well kept and there is plenty of space at the pools. The apartment is spacious and everything worked perfectly - however, it took a couple of phone calls to Francis before we found out how to use the washing machine - we hadn't thought of turning the machine off and wait 4-5 minutes before we opened the washing machine door. But apart from that everything worked perfectly and to our full saticfaction.
