The private vacation house has a quiet location in the Pinemar area, in Pineda de Mar, in the neighbourhood of Costa Brava. It accommodates 4 people, and it has a wonderful view upon the sea and the mountains. The house has a living room, 3 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, terrace and a grill in the garden. It has a completely equipped kitchen with washing machine, oven and microwave. The living room has big glass doors. Within 300 m, there are best quality tennis courts. You will also find beautiful beaches and many possibilities to make excursions. Barcelona is 55 km and the airport Girona 35 km away.

The house is 1.5 km from the beach, in the neighbourhood of Costa Brava. Pineda de Mar is 55 km North from Barcelona and 45 km South from Girona. Calella is a town in the neighbourhood. By Pineda, there is a long sandy beach, which is cleaned daily. Besides, there are numerous street cafes and restaurants. In the middle of the town there is a square with shadowy trees and flowers. The sport enthusiasts have a lot of possibilities: tennis, riding, beach volleyball, water skiing and hiking. The neighbouring communities also have a large range of leisure activities to offer. Pineda was founded almost 2000 years ago and has been always used for agriculture. In Can Cua, in the neighbourhood of Pineda, there is a Roman aqueduct. Four arches can still be seen. The aqueduct used to be 3 km long and 40 m high. Within 3 km, you can find the Light tower of Calella.
