Casa del Mundo is located on the lower mountainside with a heavenly view of Denia, the ocean and the mountains. There is a large dining area (6 people), a lounging area in the sun or under some shady plants on the spacious terrace (40m²). The 700 m² exotic garden and heated pool with underwater lighting are definitely highlights. There is a cosy patio with grill and another terrace - that can be used depending on wind, weather and what kind of view you would like, a indoor area in the Spanish style with living room incl. fireplace, dining room (for 4 people). 2 bedrooms, one of which has air conditioning, bathroom/shower and a fully equipped kitchen. In addition, no leaf is left unturned in this well-furnished house (air conditioning, washing machine, satellite television, WLAN etc). There is an additional apartment in the basement that is occupied by the owner from time to time. Pool and terrace does belong exclusively to the rental property.

For nature lovers and hikers: Denia also has a nature reserve, Montgo, that is raises like a 'giant hand' behind the hillside. Lovers of Mediterranean cuisine come to Denia for its specialties: Native specialities, fish and sea food in all varieties will wow you.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Minimum stay 1 week. Rental duration negotiable. 100 Euro for final cleaning and service. Extra costs like washing bed linens and towels are included in the price. 7 Euro/day (not until after 2 weeks possible) for using the heat pump for heating the pool during colder seasons. The pool heating fee for a 1 week stay will be that of a 2 week stay. Long-term rental is possible from 12/05 to 03/31. Rental price negotiable. Electric and pool heat pump use are extra and calculated according to usage.

Ein wunderschönes Haus, hervorragend ausgestattet.

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, sehr sauber und unheimlich gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Pool ist gigantisch, die Aussicht einfach herrlich.

Die Betreuung, durch ein deutsches Ehepaar, ist ausgezeichnet.
Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist sehr herzlich.

Das Haus ist unbedingt empfehlenswert.
Owner's Response: Schön, dass es unseren Gästen gefällt.
Wir sind auch sehr dankbar, dass wir sehr angenehme und sympathische Gäste haben, die sich in CASA DEL MUNDO heimisch fühlen.

Es wurde nicht zu viel versprochen. Im Gegenteil, wir waren angenehm überrascht. Alles war in einem sauberen, gepflegten Zustand. Sowohl der Kontakt zum Vermieter als auch zur Hausbetreuung war total problemlos. Meine Tochter und ich haben gleich wieder gebucht. Unsere Freund fahren im kommenden Frühjahr nach "Casa del mundo".
