This exclusive, detached, newly built villa has a private pool and enchanting 360° sea and panorama view, on clear days as far as Ibiza. The main apartment is for up to 4 persons. The tower apartment is private and not available. This south-facing villa was built in 2003 in 1300m ² of tranquil, beautifully maintained private grounds in a mountain range location. Nearest Airport: Alicante at 80 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 1500 Metres
Car: recommended
Costa Blanca is the most beautiful part of the Spanish Mediterranean coast and is easy to get to on the motorway. Moraira is approx. 2 km. away from here. The location of this house is very important as there to us are no high rise blocks in Moraira like the rest of the coast. Near the beach no shops higher than 4 storeys are allowed. Moraira is the most exclusive little coastal town. There is a big selection of restaurants, cafes, shops etc. Supermarkets and shopping centres are close by. Sandy and pebble beaches are approx. 2 km away. In the house folders there are suggestions about eating out at reasonable prices. From just 7 Euro you can find a menu with 3-4 courses inc. wine (naturally not in tourist centres).

Wir haben einen sehr schönen, erholsamen Urlaub im Casa Marcello verbracht. Sehr netter Empfang und hervorragende Betreuung durch die Nachbarn. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, mit allem ausgestattet was benötigt wird, regelmäßige Poolpflege und ein sehr gepflegtes Grundstück. Durch die Berglage weht immer etwas Wind, sehr geeignet für Menschen die die Hitze in den Sommermonaten nicht so gut vertragen. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, kein störender Straßen/Verkehrslärm. Es war rundum ein super Urlaub.

Wir geben uns viel Mühe unseren Gästen die "schönsten Wochen"
im Jahr angenehm zu gestalten.
Durch die neu verglaste Veranda, kann man auch bei etwas Wind

Sehr schönes Haus mit einem gepflegten Garten und einer ebenen Garageneinfahrt. Sehr ruhig gelegen.

Kann das Haus nur weiterempfehlen. Ich würde es sofort wieder nehmen.

Immer wieder eine Reise wert! Casa Marcello

Wir waren nun schon zum zweitem mal in der Casa Marcello
und sind wie beim letzten mal, total begeistert.
Die Lage, die Aussicht aufs Meer und die Berge,
die Ausstattung des Hauses, sauber und freundlich,
mit allem Komfort, lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Super gepflegter und gewarteter Pool vom deutschen Fachmann.Das Grundstück ist vom Gärtner gepflegt mit sehr schönen Palmen und blühenden Blumen.
Sehr gute und breite Betten.
Besonders aber möchten wir die netten Nachbarn hervorheben.
Immer freundlich und hilfsbereit für Tipps etc.
Und das ist sehr wichtig wenn man ein Objekt mietet
und sich nicht gut auskennt.
Neu ist jetzt der Wintergarten mit Rundumverglasung und
gemütlicher Rattangarnitur. Hat uns prima gefallen.
Also abschließend:
Nächstes Jahr haben wir schon wieder angemietet.

der unten stehenden Bewertung 1/5:
Also diese Äusserungen können wir so nicht stehen lassen,
denn sie sind einfach falsch!
Die Verärgerung des Vermieters wegen einer solchen Bewertung können wir als deutscher Hausbesitzer richtig nachvollziehen.
Wird wohl eine gehörige Portion Neid dabei sein !

360° Meer- und Panoramablick- -von wegen !!

Hallo Urlaubsplaner,

dieses Ferienhaus ist aus unserer Sicht nicht empfehlenswert !
Der sogenannte traumhafte 360° Meer- und Panoramablick ist
nur aus dem Privat.- bzw. Turmappartment aus zu genießen.
Vor der Buchung haben wir explizit nach dem Meerblick gefragt und dies wurde uns bejaht: "So wie auf dem Bild".
Dem ist nicht so !
Und das war für unseren Erwartungen sehr wichtig.
Handtücher mussten noch vor Ort angemietet werden,stand nicht im Vertrag.
Angeblich haben wir noch das verrostete Schloß mutwillig zertsört ,wurde uns von der Kaution abgezogen.
Um es auf den Punkt zu bringen: Nie wieder !!
Owner's Response: Dieses Ausführungen müssen wir auf das entschiedenste widersprechen.
Leider gibt es in bestimmten Abständen immer wieder Mieter
auf die man besser verzichtet hätte.
Von jeder Terrasse, vom Poolbereich und von der Porche aus
kann man das Meer, die Berge und in das Tal bis Javea sehen.
Vorausgesetzt, man ist nicht sehbehindert.
Im Mietvertrag wird ausdrücklich darauf hingewiesen, dass
Bettwäsche oder Badetücher angemietet werden können.
Mit Preisangabe.
Das Schloss für den vor genau 5 Wochen neu erbauten
Wintergarten kann gar nicht so schnell rosten.
Es wurde einfach nur mutwillig zerstört.
Wäre ja überhaupt kein Thema wegen 45 Euro.
Es kann ja immer etwas kaputt gehen.
Nur sollte man auch hierzu stehen.

Hier noch ein paar "nette Gesten" dieser Mieter:
Das Ticken der Außenuhr für die Bewässung der Blumen und
Pflanzen empfand man störend, obwohl diese Uhr auf der
Rückseite des Hauses sitzt und man das nicht hören kann.
Also hat man einfach die Batterie herausgerissen und unsere
Pflanzen und Blumen hatten 3 Wochen im Hochsommer kein Wasser. Toll - nicht ?
Mal sehen wieviel Pflanzen hier noch eingehen werden.

Zitat unserer Reinemachefrau:
Einen solchen "....stall" hat noch keine Familie in meiner langen Erfahrung hinerlassen.

Zitat unseres Poolmannes:
der hatte eine Liste dabei und hat Punkt für Punkt nach
Reklamationsgründen gesucht.

Der Sonnenschirm für 130,-- Euro wurde nach 2 Tagen geliefert
Man war das natürlich nicht, sondern die Vormieter
und so weiter.....
