The vacation apartment offers you everything you need for a relaxing and interesting vacation: a comfortable living room with Sat-TV and stereo system, kitchenette with stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine and toaster. The computer has Internet DSL connection. The big bedroom has 4 beds, and the bathroom has whirlpool, infra red sauna and solarium. A sunbathing area with sun shade and seats (tent set with leaning chairs) is available. Floor heating is available in all rooms. There is a separated entrance and parking places. Located in at the margin of the Suhl, the house is only a few meters from Thuringian Forest, with the Biosphere Nature Reserve Vessertal. The numerous woods and mountains in the region invite you to hiking and skiing. There is a swimming indoor pool and a wood pond on location, which offer fun and recreation. Within 1 hour, you can reach Erfurt, Weimar, Eisenach, Coburg and further interesting cities. The house is ideal for couples and families.

The free town Suhl (44 000 inhabitants) is in the close vicinity of Rennsteig, the most beautiful hiking region in Germany. The market square is 430 m high, while the center is even higher. Domberg Mountain in Suhl is 675 m high. Its southern top reaches 760 m and the north-eastern one 745 m. The town surroundings unfold up to Goldlauter-Heidersbach district and the central massif of the Thuringian Forest of almost 1000 m. This is an ideal starting point for hikers, explorers and winter sportsmen, as well as for those who look for experiences and recreation. In the challenging city center, you can find precious historical buildings. In Suhl and the surroundings there are many comfortable inns with traditional Thuringian cuisine. In the Weapon Museum and in the Automobile Museum, you can see special achievements in the history of Suhl.

In order to be able to make the difference between the various behaviours of our guests, we charge you extra for electricity and water usage: 6.75 €/ m³, water/wastewater, 0.19 Euros/ kWh daily electricity usage, 0.14 Euros/ kWh night electricity usage. The final cleaning can be undertaken by the guests. If you don’t want this, you can pay 25 Euros for the final cleaning.
