The four new built, identical cottages are located in a spacious distance to each other on a large nature property in delightful location about 20 m apart from the fjord shore. The 70 m² large houses are because of their block of wood construction very cosy and have the following room partition: Ground floor: living and dining room with open alleyway to the kitchen, bathroom, storage room and terrace to the fjord and 2 smaller bedrooms. The cottages possess a community landing stage each with an own motorboat per house.

April: explicit temperature rising and speedily growth of the daylight time, maximum daily temperature 15°C, barely snow in the valley, snow secure above a height of 600-800 m, weather relatively constant with long, dry periods. May: spring month with speedily blooming and becoming green nature, very rich in contrast with green valleys and snow capped mountains, daylight nearly around the clock, maximum daily temperature 18°C, snow secure only above a height of 1000 m (ski construction Vik).

June: brightest summer month with 24 hours daylight, maximum daily temperature 23°C, all passes open. Start of the fishing season for salmon and trout in the rivers. July–August: warmest months, highest water temperatures (max. 20°C), maximum daily temperature 25°C, fishing for all species of saltwater fishes, especially herring and mackerel. September: most beautiful late summer month with still high daily temperatures, start of the unique autumn coloration of the nature in the middle of September, maximum daily temperature 20°C. October: explicit falling of the temperature and the daylight but still long, dry periods, beside May the richest month in contrast with chequered coloration in the valley and yet snow capped mountains, maximum daily temperature 15°C. Passes still open. November-December: richest months in rainfall, from the middle of December partly snow in the valley, daylight from 9 am to 3 pm, maximum temperature 5-10 °C, Ski business from the middle of December.
