Notes to the rental rates

• Playa Marina does not have a own pool but our guest can use the pool in the complex Ferrera Pins near by. Special Offers: October until May: 14 days holiday and pay just 12 days or 21 days holiday and pay just 18 days. The shown rate per studio includes the costs for linen, towels, electricity and water. With stays longer than 10 days bed linen and towels are changed as well as a intermediate cleaning is done every 7 days (can also be booked separately against extra fee, see price list).
  
• For each stay there is a additionally fee of Euro 100,- for the handover-cleaning. The apartment is to be given back broom-purely at the end of renting.
  
• A deposit of 30 % of the whole rent has to be paid with the reservation. The rest has to be paid 8 weeks before departure in our account. The studios are available at approx. 2:00 pm. In case you are there earlier, your luggage can be placed in the house. On departure were asking to leave the studio by latest 10:00 am.

We consciously decided us against the use of chlorine in our pool. Through modern procedures and use of natural salt the pool water regenerate itself ‘like automatically’'. As a user of the pool it will notice to you that the water tastes easily salty and no normal side effects of chlorine will occur. With our jet stream your can improve your daily training.

Information regarding bicycles

The Casa Serena has subordination places for your bicycles, so that your bicycles can be waited accordingly surely. We co-operate locally with transport enterprises, to it adjusted are bicycles to be transported. I.e. we cannot only offer a economical airport transfer to you, but also help to come you during your route planning to the appropriate places and/or be again fetched and this also for groups.

Casa Serena lies approx. 10 minutes (by car) to the golf course Vall D'Or Golf (for which you can get discounted green fees from us), one of the attractive golf courses on Majorca. In addition, the places Son Antem (east/west) or Capdepera are good with the car to reach. An ideal point for a pleasant and varied golf vacation.
