The country house Bergfried with swimming pool in the national park Hohentauern is ideal for families, clubs and associations, companies, etc. Cosy gathering or pure recovery. Holiday luck for children. The country house lies in Fusch to the Glocknerstrasse, the world-famous Grossglocknerhochalpenstrasse in the heart of the national park Hohentauern. The skiing areas Zell am See, Kaprun or Saalfelden are reached in 15 - 30 minutes. The house has a basement, ground floor and first floor. Optimal isolation outside, as well as an aluminium roof keep the house suitable for the winter. The fully automatic central heating keeps it warm. It offers: 3 living kitchens - big one with dishwasher - 3 WC, 4 baths and shower - 9 sleeping areas with double, three and four rooms, the garden (2200 m²) is large. In the south a blocked brook limits the property. Private solarheated swimmingpool, Jacuzzi and Sauna in the garden,playground, basketball, 2 barbacoas, garage for bikes.

The situation of the house is as follows: European haven region, Salzburgerland region Pinzgau, Fusch to the Glocknerstrasse, restaurant 50 m. local centre with purchase possibility 300 m. Environment: Zeller lake, Salzburger country, European haven region, skiing area European haven region, Hohentauern, Kaprun in the winter: To the free ski bus it is approx. 100 m, to the Areit mountain railway in Zell am See 10 km. To Kaprun glacier course (ski-drive possible nearly the whole year) it is 15 km. In Fusch there is a small ski elevator for beginners and children and a slide area, both in the evening well-lit. Cross country passes directly the house. In the summer: swimming pool at the house opposite to the Zeller lake 10 km. Many bicycle and Mountain bike ways. 2 km to the Pony farm, cosy beer garden in the village, ideal stop for motorcycles, bicycle drivers and for all those the who like to cross Grossglocknerhochalpenstrasse.

    The price amounts in the winter is 450 € per day for the whole house, which is 15 € when you are 30 Persons. Christmas 3800 Euro for the week, and New Year 4200 Euro for the week, Carnival 4000 € for the week, plus extra costs , plus local Tax* 1 Euro tax per day is for each person who is older than 15 years. In the low season, the house or apartment rented room way prices from 15 Euro per person and from 60 Euro on per day plus local tax and additional costs.
