Photos and Description of this Polis Inland villages holiday villa

'Orama' is a Greek word and means 'vision'. We wanted to build a house in stone and in the traditional Cypriot way, combined with modern amenities and plenty of space inside and outside. You will instantly feel at home! Both villas consist of a big open plan kitchen and living area divided by stone arches, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, roof terrace on the first floor and veranda. You can relax next to the big private pool of 5 x 10 m (4,50 x 11m resp.) and enjoy the wonderful view of the Troodos mountains opposite. Both villas enjoy privacy from one another and are situated on a hill outside of the village of Miliou surrounded only by fields. It takes 15 minutes to the beach by car and 35 minutes to Pafos with its world famous ancient sites and tourist attractions. We, Demetris and Barbara, are a German/Cypriot couple and are happy to help you with information or anything else you might need.

On the ground floor spacious open plan kitchen and living area (with stone arches and chimney), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, covered veranda. The kitchen is fully equipped (incl. coffee maker, iron und hair dryer). On the first floor 2 bedrooms (1 double and 2 single beds) with en-suite bathroom each, big roof terrace with entry from the master bedroom. We provide cot beds if needed. Bed-settees in the bedrooms with the single beds sleep two more persons. Spare towels in the bathroom. Inclusive: Maid service once a week with change of sheets and towels, once a week pool and garden service (we care for a crystal clear pool), welcome packet. A/C in the bedrooms and in the living area available for 4 Euro per unit per day. Most guests don't need the A/C because of good isolation. Big private swimming pool of 4,50 x 11m, area for sun beds with tiling of natural stone, garden, BBQ.

Cyprus offers you 340 days of sunshine per year, clean air and water and a variety of things to do. Beaches, cliffs, pinewoods, smooth hills and the scenery of the Troodos Mountains offer you beautiful views all the time. Miliou is a small, unspoilt village in the Pafos district. In the area farmers grow citrus fruit, grapes, almonds, tobacco and olives. In our rural area there are still many villages in the traditional style, Byzantine monasteries and churches, and plenty of places to explore. Here traditional hospitality still exists. You might enjoy a drink in one of the small coffee shops. It takes you 15 minutes to Polis and the beaches there, 35 minutes to Pafos with its famous ancient sites, tourist area and nightlife. There are many half-day excursions for you to discover the area. If you want to relax with only nature around you and discover the different faces of Cyprus - this is the answer. fanden wir in dieser Villa. Viel Platz, ein gemuetliches, sauberes Haus im traditionellen Stil, gepflegter Pool, und unvergleichliche Aussicht. Weil wir spaet ankamen, hatten die Besitzer ein Lebensmittelpaket hinterlassen das uns fuer den ersten Abend versorgte (inlcusive einer Flasche Wein zum Entspannen am Pool). Die Besitzer gaben uns auch weitehin viele Tips. Auto ist unbedingt noetig. Wir waren mit kleinen Kindern unterwegs, und sowohl Zypern also auch dieses Haus waren prima dafuer geeignet. Wir werden wiederkommen!
Owner's Response: Wir helfen unseren Gästen gern mit Informationen und Anregungen. Nach unseren Erfahrungen fühlen sich Kinder und auch Teenager sehr wohl bei uns und sind am Pool stundenlang beschäftigt - und das tut auch den Eltern gut!
