It is a beautiful apartment, close to the sea, it has a wonderful view and it is located not far from Sintra and Lisbon. It is about 60 m2 large, and it has 1 bedroom with 2 big single beds. The living room has light, modern furniture, an extendable sofa which can be turned into a bed (for 1 adult, or 1-2 children), TV with dish antenna, and a balcony with wonderful view upon the beautiful Serra de Sintra (Sintra mountains).

Praia das Maçãs is a small town at the Atlantic shore, with a very clean beach, and with clean water. There are good shopping facilities (daily market with vegetables and fresh fish), a small supermarket, butchery, bakery, pharmacy, as well as restaurants and coffee bars for all tastes, and for all financial possibilities. All around, there are many other big and small beaches, some of which can be reached on foot. As this region lacks any industry, it belongs to the areas with the best air in Europe.

My son and I visited Pria da macas for the second time this year, staying at a small villa in the same location the first time- but this was by far the better of the two! The apartment is excellent in location, comfort, outstanding value for money and the hosts make you feel very very welcome.... we cannot say enough great things about our stay here, and will be returning! The pictures do not do it justice, it is far more lovely inside than is reflected on the sight, but that is possibly lightening and images used - honestly, it is lovely and the whole area reflects this... come and stay, you wont be disappointed! It is big enough for a couple with one child, parent and 2 children or 3 friends sharing, just bring your clothes as everything you need is here - even a mountain of towels...(everything)!! thanks again...Jaz and Max (UK) August 2009

Die Wohnung entspricht den Angaben. Sie ist sehr geräumig und für südliche Verhältnisse hervorragend ausgestattet - insbesondere die Küche mit "richtigem" Herd/Backofen, Spülmaschine und jeder Menge Töpfen und Geschirr erfreut den Hobby-Koch. Auch die Betten sind gut. Die Lage ist ruhig und doch zentral (5 Min. z. Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten). Einzig der Balkon könnte größer sein....
Wir können diese Wohnung bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen!
Owner's Response: Als Vermieter freut man sich über so gute Bewertungen. Das ist immer Ansporn, alles so angenehm wie möglich für den Feriengast herzurichten. Da ich als Vermieterin neben dem Mietobjekt wohne, bin ich auch immer gern hilfreich.

Die Erwartungen wurden übertroffen, weil Ausstattung, Pflegezustand, Ambiente und Aussichten einfach hinreißend sind.

Bringen Sie einfach nur sich selbst mit, und genießen Sie Ihre Ferien, denn es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht: Bademäntel, Strandtücher, und alle erforderliche Wäsche.

Der Strand ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Es gibt am Ort gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants für jeden Geldbeutel. Sintra und Lissabon sind mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut erreichbar.

Nicht zuletzt sind die reizenden Gastgeber zu erwähnen, die gerne mit Rat und Tat helfen.

Die Beschreibung der Wohnung ist zutreffend.
Sie ist geschmackvoll, gepflegt, sauber und mehr als komplett ausgestattet.
Einziger Minuspunkt: Der Balkon ist im abgetrennten Zustand nur für 2 Personen (Tisch + 2 Stühle) nutzbar.
Ein umfangreiches Informationsmaterial über Sehens-
würdigkeiten u.ä. ist vorhanden.
Die Umgebung bietet alle Möglichkeiten wie Strand-
Wander- (Sintragebirge, Naturpark) und Bildungsurlaub
(vielfältige Kulturstätten) sowie Großstadtatmosphäre in Lissabon mit vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten.
Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Für uns war es der schönste Urlaub in Portugal auf dem Festland. Die Umgebung, die Nähe zu Lissabon, Sintra u.s.w. ist einfach ideal. Die Wohnung ist sehr angenehm und man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Das beste Beispiel dafür, dass man auch in November tolle Tage in diesem wunderschönen Land verbringen kann. Die Vermieter fanden wir sehr nett, dezent, mit Niveau und Still. Sehr zu empfehlen !
