Nicht zu empfehlen Angaben falsch Katastrophe

Wir hatten (4 Erwachsene) hatten dieses Objekt im Sommer 2007 für zwei Wochen gebucht.

Eine Katastophe.

Der Zustand der Wohnung ist miserabel. Die beschriebenen 2 Schlafzimmer bestehen aus einem normalen und einem sehr kleinen Kinderzimmer mit Klappsofa aus den 60er.

Der Zustand der Wohnung kann getrost als verwohnt und absolut unsauber bezeichnet werden.Sehr laute und hellhörige Räume.Der Balkon ist komplett getönt verglast und war damals nicht geputzt, sodaß man nichts durch die Fenster erkennen konnte.

Bäder und Küche aus den 70ér incl. kleiner Mitbewohner.

Betten oder besser die Matrazen waren mehr Sperrmüll als entsprechend nutzbare Möbel.

Die Auslegung für 6 Personen (bei unserer Beschreibung waren sogar noch 8 Pers. aufgeführt) erscheint absolut unrealistisch, da keine weiteren Schlafmöglichkeiten vorhanden waren/sind.

Die Klimaanlage entleert Ihr Kondenzwasser in Eimern die innerhalb der Räume stehen und je nach Nutzung regelmäßig per Hand gelleert werden müssten.

Die belgische Vermieterin in Brüssel sprach bei den Buchungen noch perfektes Englisch. Als wir von Ibiza aus auf die Misstände telefonisch hingewiesen haben und um Abhilfe (wenigstens ein zweites Bett!) baten, war dies leider bei ihr nur noch auf französich möglich!!!!

Ich kann nur sagen Hände weg von diesem Objekt, jedes 2-Sternehotel bietet mehr Komfort und vorallem Sauberkeit.

Ansonsten in keinem Fall den Mietpreis dirket komplett zahlen!
