Photos and Description of this Cannes holiday apartment well equipped large 1 bedroom studio with exposure to the south and the pool

The comfortable large studio is a completely separate part of the elegant villa, in a residential quarter 2,5 km from the beach (10 minutes drive). From the apartment you have a beautiful view (south) to the large private pool (12 x 6 m), palm trees, banana trees and large pine trees. You will forget that you are in the middle of the city, because you don't see or hear it. It's silent but you have all necessary shops, banks and other support facilities i.e. pharmacy, med. doctors in reach (200 m). You park your car on the street in front of the property or inside and decide if you drive downtown or take the bus.

The villa is part of a nice residential quarter in Cannes / Le Cannet in the northern part of Cannes. All facilities required as banks, supermarkets, medical, pharmacies, etc. are in reach. There is a bus stop near the place. The house and the studio has an alarm- installation and are well protected. Parking is inside and outside the property. The beach can be reached in 10 minutes by car. The beautiful pool can be used nearly exclusively, there is only one studio in the property.

Notes: The studio opens to the pool (12 m long) and you can go straight to the sunny terrace. The studio is completely separated from the villa and has an independent entry door. The bedroom is separated by a paravent. The other living areas are separated by space and furniture. Furniture and equipment are modern, of excellent quality and mostly new. There is a French bed (1,60m + 2,00m). The American kitchen has an especially silent freezer and the micro-wave / oven- grill, a dish washer etc. The large bath-room (20m2) has separate shower and separate WC, Bidet etc. The windows are equipped with mosquito nets and steel grills. The ground is in white ceramics. The studio is ideal for a couple. The villa and the studio are well secured by alarm systems. There is only one studio in the Villa and you will habe the pool mostly for yourself. So you will feel really private.

Vielen herzlichen Dank nochmal für die schöne Zeit. Wir können das Feriendomizil bestens empfehlen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Für Flitterwochen war es ein perfektes Reiseziel und wir hatten eine sehr nette Betreuung.

Es war das erste Mal, dass wir eine Ferienwohnung gemietet haben und dann gleich ein voller Erfolg. Vom Internetanschluss bis zur Waschmaschine
steht alles bereit und das in einer Qualität / Sauberkeit, wie man es zu Hause kaum besser hat. Das sehr freundliche Vermieterehepaar ist einem in jeder Hinsicht unaufdringlich behilflich.

Wir bedanken uns, dass wir eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem traumhaften Ambiente verbringen durften.

Mein Mann und ich konnten Ende Juni/Anfang Juli 2009 eine wunderbare Ferienwoche in der exklusiv ausgestatteten Wohnung mit herrlichem Pool verbringen. Die zugesagten Eigenschaften trafen hundertprozentig zu. Wir können die Wohnung, nicht zuletzt aufgrund ihrer idealen ruhigen Lage umgeben von großen Pinienbäumen, uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Wir sind so begeistert, dass wir sicher nicht zum letzten Mal in dem herrlichen Anwesen unseren Urlaub verbracht haben.

Wenn man schon so weit fährt und wohlverdienten Urlaub macht, so ist jeder Tag kostbar und sollte Freude machen. Offenbar ist dies gelungen. Auch wir haben nach langem Suchen in dem Haus unser Traumhaus gefunden und freuen uns wenn auch unsere Gäste und Freunde diese Einschätzung teilen und eine schöne Zeit bei uns haben.

Unsere Erwartungen wurden bei weitem übertroffen......
14 Tage haben wir dieses Domizil genossen!
Es war sehr sauber und sehr gepflegt!Die Betreuung war klasse! Es ist jederzeit zu empfehlen!
Nächstes Jahr sind wir wieder da!!!!!
