Villa L’Incanto property reaches 31 ha cultivated with olive groves, vegetables - above the house a 3 ha chestnut-wood provides the farm of the typical product of upper Mugello, chestnut. Barbeque. The nearest village, Corella is at 2 km distance, S.Bavello (bar, grocers’) 6 km, Dicomano 10 km, S.godenzo 10 km, Vicchio 15 km (public swimming-pool), Castagneto 12,5 km (nice and recommended little osteria “la bottega dei gaudenti” ). 500 mt. of dirt track leads you to the house.
