On the fifth floor of the building a brand new apartment has been created. It has a big terrace overlooking Saint Peter’s dome and Villa Pamphili Park. It is newly refurbished and fully furnished with kitchen, living room/ bedroom and bathroom. Smokers are kindly requested to smoke outside the apartment on the terrace. The building also includes studios for artists wishing to practice their art or crafts in a classical Roman setting.

The apartment come with a kitchenette and can sleep from 2 up to 6 persons. Downtown is reachable in 10 minutes with the Shuttle tram no. 8 which leaves every 5 minutes. The terminal of this comfortable shuttle tram and the bus stops are right in front of the building.
