A new, comfortable holiday house (semi-detached) in Benitachell at the Costa Blanca/Spain with a marvellous view in a blind alley. The beautiful community pool is only 60 m away from the house. The house has two west facing terraces with different levels. It has one living room with a well equipped American kitchen, a separate dining room, 2 sleeping rooms, one with double bed the other with two separate beds, 1 bathroom and a guest toilet. The area is crowded with places of interest activities and beauty. Car travel time: Javea or Moraira with shops, beaches, restaurants, water sport activities: 10 min (5 km). Benidorm with nightclubs, cinemas, shops: 40 min (40 km). The cities of Allicante or Valencia with airports, shops, nightlife, museum: 1 hour (90 - 100 km). There are 5 golf courses within 8 km of the house.

  • The above mentioned prices are to be valid for two persons. To reserve with four persons the price increases 70 €/week. To reserve with three persons the price increases 35 €/week. The prices include expenses for electrical energy, water and usage of the pool. Children under 2 years are free. The final cleaning is 75 € and the deposit is 150 €. These costs are to be paid at the holiday house.
  • There are special rates between November and February if booked for 4 weeks or longer.
  • We rent out only for couples or families.
