The best equipped vacation house (180 m²) with garden, courtyard (parking place), pool (8 x 4 m) has a large apartment (120 m²) with dining room (extendable couch), Sat-TV, 1 double bedroom, 1 room (1 French bed/ 1 single bed), 1 room (extendable couch), bathroom, hair dryer, WC, winter garden (grill/ bread baking oven), 1 big eat-in kitchen with induction stove, baking oven. Dish washer, refrigerator, coffee machine, etc. There is a shower with WC in the stairs to the second floor. On the second floor (60 m²), there is a small room (bunk bed/ single bed), living room (extendable couch), Sat-TV; dining corner with kitchenette (2-plate stove, refrigerator) and loggia. Extras: table football, darts, basketball, arched cellar. There is a wonderful view. The natural, yet not isolated location is ideal for nature lovers and people looking for recreation. However, it is also a central starting point for different trips. The house is optimal for 2 families with children.

In St. Bres, there is a small Boulangerie with a small retail shop. There are 18 km to Ales, the capital of Cevennen.

South France Languedoc-Roussillon-Gard-Cevennen: This is a historical building, carefully restaured with a lot of love for details, with loggia in front of the kitchen (balcony for breakfast), balcony in front of the living room, loggia on the second floor, terrace with pool (8 x 4 m), garden area with water lilies pond, table football, darts, basketball, arched cellar with ale-bench fittings, family friendly, children friendly. Pets are welcome. It is and ideal starting point for wonderful excursions to Ardèchetal, Valley of Ceze, Cevennen, Uzes, Lussan, Pont du Gard. A visit of the numerous market places in the neighbourhood is always worth it.

Arrival: By car: the highway and then the drive by Privas or Bollene. By train: next train station: St. Ambroix. Airport: Nimes, Montpellier, Avignon.

Wir (7 Frauen) haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub dort verlebt. Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen und die Ausstattung läßt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Man merkt gleich, dass die Vermieter das Haus selber nutzen.
Besonders toll sind die verschiedenen Sitz (Eß)-Plätze rund ums Haus, sowie der Pool. Traumhafter Blick in die Landschaft.
Zum Lesen braucht man nichts mitzubringen, dank der gut sortierten Bibliothek im Haus.
Abwechslungsreiches Angebot an Märkten und Ausflugszielen.

Das Haus ist super schön gelegen, aber etwas außerhalb, deshalb auf jeden Fall mit dem Auto anreisen. Die Einrichtung ist so,dass man erkennt,dass die Hausbesitzer das Haus auch selbst nutzen, denn es ist liebevoll und großzügig ausgestattet. Allen Komfort, den man von zu Hause kennt, findet man auch vor Ort. Hier fühlt man sich sprichwörtlich "wie Gott In Frankreich".
Alles ist gepflegt und sehr sauber. Von der Vermieterin erhaltene Informationen wie Wegbeschreibung, Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten usw. trafen voll zu und waren alles "Treffer".
Ich habe das Haus schon mehreren Freunden empfohlen und bin selbst über eine Empfehlung darauf gestoßen.
In der näheren und weiteren Umgebung gibt es so viele Möglichkeiten, dass für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei ist. Vom Kajakfahren auf der Ardeche bis zum Kulturerlebnis der Pont du Gard, reizende Orte wie Barjac oder Uzes, Märkte, Lavendelfelder und Hinterland, hier bekommt man alles geboten!

Unsere Woche war wahnsinnig schön. das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Leben braucht (Geschirr, Bettwäsche, Küche,...)... Die Lage ist toll und das Haus selbst einfach beeindruckend! Wir kommen wieder!!!! Wir haben sofort wieder gebucht!

Sehr schönes,und bis ins Detail sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus,luxoriöse Küchenausstattung,die keine Wünsche offen lässt;großzügige Raumgestaltung im Haus selbst und grosse Terrasse mit tollem Swimmingpool;vielfältige Ausflugsmöglichkeiten,aber auch faulenzen am Pool mit hohem Suchtfaktor.
Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert!

Sehr persönlich ausgestattetes Ferienhaus - wir fühlten uns wie zu Gast bei Freunden! Als Reisegruppe von 6 Personen (3 Paare) + Hund hatten wir genügend Platz und Rückzugsmöglichkeit. Allerdings hat sich ein Paar das "Kinderzimmer" im O.G. geteilt, in dem kein Doppelbett vorhanden ist. Das hindert uns nicht daran, gerne noch einmal hierher zu kommen! Es war ein wunderschöner, abwechslungsreicher Urlaub: erlebnisreiche Wanderungen (dank Kartenmaterial im Hause) kulturelle Ausflüge ( u.A. Theaterfestival in Avignon), Kanutour in beeindruckender Landschaft, duftende Märkte... Das gemütliche Haus und der erfrischende Pool mit grandiosem Ausblick laden zur spontanen Erholung ein!! Die vielfältigen Möglichkeiten der kreativen Nahrungszubereitung (bei musikalischer Jazz-Begleitung...) lassen jedes Gourmet-Herz höher schlagen! Die Frösche im kleinen Seerosenteich im Garten wurden vor unserer Ankunft ausquartiert, sodass die Nächte himmlisch ruhig waren. Wir bedanken uns für die schöne Zeit und die nette Betreuung durch die Vermieter.
