The villa offers all thinkable luxury concerning size and equipment. You live on 260 m² with two bedrooms including double beds and a children room with cot and kids bed (extendable), four bathrooms, office, living-, dining room, large kitchen, storage-washing room, dressing room and double garage. All three bedrooms in the house have a separate shower room. One bathroom also offers a big bathtub. The guest house features a living room with party kitchen, a small bedroom and a shower bathroom. The separate guest bathroom features a shower, also. At the arrangement the ambiance was considered, which is reflected by the optical impression. The large living area with dining room offers room en masse on 70 m². Stylishly and with warm colours arranged even the most spoiled guest should adore this. The 45 m² kitchen is a paradise for cooks. Large windows let in lots of light. Alarm system.

Situated between Vilamoura and Almancil in the golf oasis of „Vila-Sol“. Despite the completely quiet location you can get to the shopping town faro with its airport, as well as the resorts of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago in a 10 to 20 minute drive. The port Vilamoura with its wonderful, fine sandy beach is only a 5 minute drive away. To the closest small supermarket it takes about 5 minutes by car.

Child-friendly: Your children will feel good in this villa from the beginning on. The swimming pool with its spacious roman stairway has a long flat area (about 70 cm deep), where little kids can splash marvellously. At the other side of the pool it goes down to 2 m. Toys for kids are present. Also a slide and a big crawling tunnel add to the playing facilities. Your security for the pool: pool-watcher. Naturally active at the Villa Leonardo, too.

Golf: The golf paradise. In the perimeter of a 10 minute drive you will find the prettiest golf resorts at the Algarve. The closest one is only a 5 minute walk away. A golf-caddy is included in the house (no official approval and homologation for road service!).

We have had a wonderfull short trip to Villa Leonardo. Our children (2 and 5) had lots of fun in the big garden. There are also many toys for the children and the pool is also good for the 'littles', because the right part is low enough. All the furniture and the bathrooms are just a dream. The kitchen is that big, that you could make a party just in that room!! We can recomend this villa 100%.

habe zwar bis jetzt nur den Prospekt erhalten. Wenn jedoch die Villa nur halb so schön ist, wie auf den Bildern, dann kenne ich schon jetzt mein neues festes Uralbsziel !!!

Ein echtes Paradies

Unsere Erfahrung mit Villa Leonardo:
Unsere Erwartungen waren nach den schönen Bildern und der tollen Beschreibung sehr hoch. Als wir die letzten 150 Meter zur Villa in einen Sandweg einbogen, bekamen wir jedoch leichte Zweifel. Schließlich standen wir vor dem Tor, welches sich (zugegeben herrschaftlich) vor uns öffnete. Als wir einfuhren überkam uns ein regelrechter Schauer. Wir sind schon viel in der Welt rumgereist (wir sind 55 und 58 Jahre) aber diese Villa in vollendeter Harmonie mit dem Grundstück, dem Gästehaus, den Natursteinwegen, dem Pool ist vom ersten Moment an das Paradies. Die Inneneinrichtung ist perfekt aufeinander abgestimmt. Die Auswahl der Möbel, Fliesen, Wandfarben etc. ist einmalig gelungen. Der geheizte Pool ist eine Wonne und wenn in der Dunkelheit die Beleuchtung auf dem ganzen Grundstück erleuchtet dann ist es tatsächlich wie in 1000 und einer Nacht.

Wir haben 2007 einen tollen Familienurlaub mit jung und alt verbracht. Haben jede Minute genossen. Toller parkähnlicher Garten, großer Pool, hier bleibt kein Wunsch offen. Villa perfekt, gute vor Ort Betreuung
Wir wollen wieder kommen.
