Enjoy the unique atmosphere of 300 year old heritage. Our romantic cottage is located in a typical small Bavarian village called “Feldolling”, 35 km South-East from the center of Munich. “Valentin´s home” combines the charm of an old Bavarian country house listed as a historical building with all modern comfort. Our house is suitable for maximum 3 people. Our newly renovated country home with its tasteful interior design is the perfect place to relax and enjoy. It is furnished with many lovely features like alcoves. 'Valentin´s home' includes one separate bedroom for 2 persons, a private bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed where one person can sleep. Furthermore, our kitchen includes a storeroom and a large entrance. The philosophy of our house aims to be an oasis of peace during these hectic times. Nearby you will find supermarkets, tennis court, fishing ponds and restaurants. The owners are living on the same parcel.

Feldolling is the perfect starting point for numerous summer and winter activities: hiking, skiing, swimming in the local heated pool or in the nearby lakes Schliersee, Tegernsee and Simsee. You will find walking and biking paths around our home and along the Mangfall river! Therefore its location is conveniently central. Famous sites like Munich, Salzburg, the thermal springs of Bad Aibling, Lake Simsee, Tegernsee, Schliersee are all located within a radius of 130 km. The skiing region of 'Sudelfeld', which belongs to Bayrischzell, is one of the largest combined ski areas in upper Bavaria. 20 different lifts and tows bring together 30 km of runs of all degrees of difficulty. Cross-country skiers also have a good 50 km of trails. Winter hiking, sledding and skating on the Schliersee lake are also part of the attractions for winter fans.

Wir haben zwei sehr schöne Wochen im August 2009 "Beim Valentin" verbracht. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und äußerst gepflegt. Die Lage ist perfekt sowohl für Ausflüge in die Berge und zu schönen Badeseen als auch für Städtetrips (München, Salzburg...). Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr nett und herzlich. Fazit: Sehr zu empfehlen!

In dem Ferienhaus passt einfach alles.
Ein schöner Kachelofen, eine gemütlich Essküche, ein großer LCD-Fernseher (sogar ein DVD-Player ist vorhanden). Die Umgebung ist sehr idyllisch, wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt.
Wir werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen !

Das Haus ist herrlich - sowohl liebe- als auch geschmackvoll eingerichtet - und sauber und gepflegt. Die Vermieter sind freundlich und mehrsprachig - Gott sei Dank! Man fühlt sich sofort wohl hier. Ideal zur Entspannung und Erholung (schöne Wander- und Radwege am Mangfall entlang). Aber auch die große Weltstadt München ist nicht zu weit weg. Ideal!

Ein wirklich liebevoll eingerichtetes und gepflegtes Häuschen, mitten in der Natur.
Wir sind mit dem Rad zu den schönen Seen Schliersee, Simssee und sogar zum Tegernsee gefahren, die alle gut zu erreichen sind. Oder einfach nur baden gegangen: der kleine Wasserfall an der Mangfall in Grub ist einen Ausflug wert. Traumhaft! Sehr lieb und aufmerksam die Gastgeberfamilie, ein Urlaub zum wohlfühlen..
Das Feriendomizil ist absolut zu weiterzuempfehlen.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Ferienhaus. Wirklich sehr nette und sehr freundliche Vermieter. Wer auch viel wandern oder radwandern möchte, ist hier genau richtig.
