The vacation home is located at the Grevelingen Sea, only 300 m behind the dyke. It is inside the park De Tong with its old tree population. Several children’s playgrounds, a football area and a basketball and volleyball area are inside the park. In the centre of the Aquadelta Park there is an indoor swimming pool with slides and a little pool for children, a sauna, a bowling area, tennis, miniature golf, squash, billiard, gaming machines, walking-parcours and bikes to hire. In addition to that there is a launderette, a nursery school and animation (during the peak season), shopping facilities in the supermarket, restaurants, bistro, fast food. An 18-hole golf course is nearby (about 1 km). The area invites you to go by bike, to walk, to swim, to sail (boat hire in the yacht harbour), to dive and to surf (sailing and surfing classes in the sailing school in the yacht harbour).

Bruinisse is an old shell fishing village. There is a fishing museum and a museum of local history, several shops, two supermarkets, two bakeries, two banks and many good restaurants for any taste, a well-kept tennis area with ash courts in the village, riding area in the neighbour village (free bus drive). Zeeland’s features are the calm and wide nature, magnificent beaches (North Sea), forests and nature reserves. At any time of the year it is perfect to relax and recreate. Near towns like Zierikzee, Renesse, Dreischor, Brouwershaven, Goes, Middelburg, Veere, Rotterdam invite you for a visit of their historical city centres and museums. We recommend to visit the neighbouring country Belgium (about 1 ½ hours by car): for example towns like Antwerpen, Brügge and Gent.

  • The prices include the tourism taxes, water and garbage taxes. The electricity and the gas costs we will charge you after your stay. Additional rates are (once) final clean 45,-€, dog 30,- € per stay. Parking fees: first week 6,- €, extra week 5,- €, per day 2,- €, service fees (transfer of the keys, etc.) 12,- € have to be paid at the reception.
  • The arrival during the school holidays and the peak season are always on Fridays from 3.30 pm, departure until 10 am. Arrivals and departures at other times (part/half occupancy, extra week, etc.) are to be discussed on the phone.
  • Half occupancy (long week-ends, etc.) are possibly if discussed by phone in advance. Extra offer: fasting cure Dr. Lützner: in March 2006 we offer our 9-day private fasting cure for low prices. Information and exact dates on request. Last-Minute-Prices on request (in case of a late booking). Long term stays on request (longer than 4 weeks).

On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms with each two beds, pillows, blankets/comforters and rugs for each bed. Please take your own towels and bed linen with you or ask at the reception to hire some.
