The terraced bungalow of 60 or 70 m² is situated on Cap-Benat on a 1000 m² large south-sloping property, close to Le Lavandou, 40 km to the west of St-Tropez, with an unobstructed view of the sea and 'Ile du Levant“, in a natural private private domain of 160 hectares of pine, cork and mimosa woods. Extreme tranquility is guaranteed by the private nature of the domain (secured entry) and the beaches are not over populated even in midsummer. The western part of the 'peninsula' is a nature reserve and offers the individualists a multitude of small bathing coves and undiscovered hiking trails.
