Experience relaxing holidays with us in the sunny southern South Tyrol, an ideal starting point for hiking on our mountains as well as for exploring north Italy. We offer you an apartment (for 2 to 4 persons, bath/shower/WC), a parking space protected from the sun, a sun-deck for relaxation and a comfortable recreational room for the family. Take advantage of either the fitness room, outdoor table tennis or the bicycles to 'explore' the surroundings. There is a lockable room for your personal bicycle. We gladly bring you fresh bread rolls at your doorstep every morning. Our little guests feel comfortable on the safe playground having a swing and seesaw. Now and then they frolic about in the ball pool in the game room. All our photographs are of the summer of 2005 and are very recent. You can contact us over the phone or also vie e-Mail.

The one-room apartment with balcony is ideal for 2 persons. It is very sunny and has an unobstructed view to the garden, the fruit orchard and to the courtyard, where you can watch our rural family along with our domestic animals. This apartment is also readily rented as an additional bedroom by families having adult children (price by request). The meals are eaten in the parent's apartment. We will gladly bring your breakfast rolls to this apartment.
