Finca with 2 separate apartments, 4 double bedrooms with own bathrooms and direct access to terrace. One apartment is in Mediterranean style, the other more modern, original 70s design furniture. Everybody likes it. The terrace has a big pool, wonderful view to countryside, location between Ibiza town and St. Eularia. Very good connected to both towns, but very relaxing and wonderful quiet place. The terrace has a nice pool and palm trees who give you a bit shadow during day time. Lot of sun the whole day until sundown. 2 porches to sit and eat / drink. Parking directly in front of the house. Both apartments are fully equipped with salon, kitchen, air condition, TV, washing machine etc. It’s an ideal place for couples, groups or families. If you rent both apartments together you can accommodate up to 9 people. Here you can perfectly relax, but have short ways to Ibiza and St. Eularia.

Villa is located in the countryside in a beautiful valley, near Ibiza town, but also near to St. Eularia. Views on agricultural area and other small fincas nearby. The property is located in the south-east of the island. To the airport it takes you - depending on the traffic - between 15 and 30 minutes.
