Our villa with the apartment is situated in a quiet urbanisation Monte Pedreguer on a mountain in the interior of the Costa Blanca, between Denia and Javea. From the sunny terrace, surrounded by Bougainvilleas and cypress trees you may enjoy the view of the mountains, especially the 'sleeping elephant', the Montgo-mountain, which has a height of about 750 meters. On a clear and sunny day, you are overlooking the bay of Javea and you can see the blinking mountains of the island Ibiza. The villa is situated at a road with very few traffic and among other private bungalows. The owners are living there the whole year. It's very calm and secure.

The picturesque towns of Denia and Javea are old Spanish seaports of very different characters. There are no huge hotels. Nevertheless the charming streets are full of Mediterranean joy of live. Palm tree shaded malls with restaurants, bars and shops invite for a stroll until late night. There are large marinas and small fishing-ports where you can buy fresh fish. At Denia you will find miles of wonderful sandy beaches. Otherwise there are also rocky creeks, ideal for scuba diving and snorkelling. In both towns a lot of 'fiestas' take place all over the year. The 'fallas' in march and the battle games of the' Moros and Christians' in memory of the 'Reconquista'.

Additional information about rental rates

  • In case of booking for up to 3 days it’s possible to book a rich breakfast for an extra charge of 8.00 € p/p. Towels and bedding are included. Additionally bedding- change is possible on request with an extra charge. For final clean-up 50 € are to pay. In case of reservation a deposit of 50% is due. The remaining 50% plus a security of 150 € are due 14 days prior leaving. The security will be paid back at latest within 14 days if there are no objections.
  • On consultation we arrange the first equipment for the refrigerator, so that you can arrive stressless and carefree. A shuttle service from and to the airport Alicante or Valencia is also possible for a fee of 50 € per one-way trip. If you have a special occasion to mark, we can arrange a special event e.g. a gourmet picnic in the mountains or on the beach or a rustic picnic after a hiking- tour.

Hiking-tours at the Costa Blanca: Especially in winter- and springtime the interior of Costa Blanca invites for hiking-tours into the bizarre nature with it's up to 1500 meters high mountains and its valleys with lonesome villages. You can discover deep canyons on ancient Moorish tracks. There you will meet nearly no other people and you can enjoy the clear and fresh air. The flora there is unique and some rocks are grandiose. In February almond trees are blooming, later on cherry trees and then the mountain-slops appear yellow from the blooming broom. Some small restaurants invite for a rest.

Further excursions: By big ferries from Denia or Alicante you can visit the Balearic-isles Ibiza, Mallorca ore Formentera. There are also motorboats, sailing boats or catamarans going along the coastline with different entertaining. Next to Benidorm there are some funfairs which are some of the biggest of Spain. At cape San Antonio you find a unique underwater nature reserve and at other coastal areas underwater-caves are waiting for brave scuba divers. But also above water you can find a lot of caves with prehistoric drawings and stalactites. For gourmets there are a lot of bodegas and first-class restaurants waiting to be discovered.

Informations for golfers: There are four beautiful golf-courses in the vincinity of the apartment: Denia La Sella: 18 holes. Oliva Nova: 18 holes. Club de Golf Javea: 9 holes. Club de Golf Ivach Calpe: 9 holes.

Sehr schönes Appartment mit großzügig angelegtem Poolbereich. Da die Vermieter vor Ort wohnen ist alles sehr gepflegt. Wir waren sehr dankbar für diverse Tipps bzgl. Wanderungen in die Berge und anderer Ausflugsziele. Wer Natur erleben möchte und gleichzeitig relaxen möchte, ist hier richtig aufgehoben.

Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub

Wir waren angenehm von dem schönen Appartement mit der traumhaften Aussicht auf Berge und Meer überrascht. Es war wirklich alles so wie im Inserat beschrieben. Das App., der Garten und der Pool, alles sehr gepflegt und mit hervorragendem Mobiliar ausgestattet. Die netten Vermieter tragen mit ihrer herzlichen und doch zurückhaltenden Art dazu bei, dass man sich von Anfang an sehr wohl fühlt.Dieses Urlaubsdomizil kann man ruhigen Gewissens weiterempfehlen. Schön ist, daß man nicht nur das Meer, sondern auch eine ursprüngliche Berggegend vorfindet, die man mit dem Auto hervorragend erkunden kann. Auch zum Wandern gut geeignet.

gerne denken wir an die zeit in ihrem haus zurück. wir haben das wunderschöne apartment, den tollen pool und ihre gastfreundschaft sehr genossen. wir werden sie gerne freunden weiterempfehlen. den spanischen rotwein genießen wir immer noch :-)

Schöne Zeit

Der Blick wandert immer wieder zum Meer.
Eigentlich möchte man nur hier oben sitzen, den Montgo anstarren und den Blick scheifen lassen zum Meer...ab und zu die Nase in Buch stecken, einen frische Orangensaft trinken, in den Pool abtauchen und den Tag geniessen.
Ruhe genug gibt es!
Man könnte aber auch eine Wanderung auf markierten Pfaden ins nächste Tal machen, wo es an verfallenen Hütten vorbei, durch ausgetrocknete Flußbetten und durch wunderschöne Landschaft geht. Los geht`s direkt vom Haus!
Ausflüge in die Umgebung zeigen sehr schnell die unvergleichliche Schönheit dieses Landstrichs. Durch niedliche alte Dörfer kann man Kurve um Kurve die Bergwelt erkunden, oder anhalten um eine Wanderung mit einer Rast in einem der vielen kleinen Restaurants machen. Tipps dazu gibt es von den Herbergseltern, die sowohl in Sachen Wandern, als auch in Sachen kulinarisch sehr gut informiert sind.
Aber wie Eingangs erwähnt wäre da auch noch das Meer. Abtauchen, eintauchen oder einfach abhängen. In einer der vielen Buchten an der Küste (alle gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen) findet jeder ein Plätzchen das ihm gefällt.
...und tauchen gehn kann man auch!!! Zur Not im Pool!!!
Die kulturell interessante Stadt Valencia ist auch nicht weit entfernt und eignet sich gut für einen Tagesausflug. Die Stadt hat ein tolles Flair!!!
Wir können dieses Fleckchen Erde nur wärmsten empfehlen! Die Unterkunft ist sehr liebevoll hergerichtet und man hat einfach seine Ruhe!!
