The apartment, which is south & west facing, is on the top floor of a 2-storied apartment complex. The Alborada apartment complex is located on the Bastian beach. The Lavish garden is beautifully cultivated. It is only 8 m from the pool. You can enjoy the peace. The apartment complex is rarely rented out as it is mostly used by the owners. Hence, the exclusive use of the pool & the garden. Many believe that it is one of the most beautiful apartment complexes in Lanzarote. The apartment boasts a kitchenette, living/dining area with pull-out couch, bathroom with bath tub/shower & 2 cabinets; WC and washing stand; the washing machine can be used upon request. There is a master bedroom & a small bedroom which can accommodate up to 2 adults & 2 children. The apartment is equipped with a SAT-TV, radio alarm system with CD-Player etc. There is a playground near the complex. The shopping facilities can be reached in 5 minutes by foot & there are first-class restaurants in the vicinity.

Costa Teguise is a small town with 3 beautiful beaches and all sports facilities. The cuisine ranges from Insulanian to Chinese. There is a market every Friday. The formal capital of Teguise and the new Arecife are at a distance of approx. 6 km and can be easily reached by bus or through the 4-lane road. Costa Teguise has a picturesque beach promenade from where you can enjoy a beautiful sunset. The shopping arcades and promenades are also highly frequented in the evenings.

Anlage super- Unterkunft nie wieder

Die Anlage Alborada ist einfach ein Traum. Wunderschön angelegt, sehr gepflegt, ruhig gelegen und dennoch sehr zentral. Leider passt die Unterkunft so gar nicht in dieses Paradies.
In beiden Schlafzimmern fanden wir SCHIMMELBILDUNG vor(dadurch auch ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch) ! Im Elternschlafzimmer ist der Schimmel mit einer Holzverkleidung verdeckt!!! Das zweite Schlafzimmer gleicht einer Abstellkammer, was ewig nicht bewohnt bzw. gelüftet wurde! Hier liegt die Schimmelwand frei!!!Bei Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Vermieter reagierte dieser aggressiv, schrie mich an, und beendete einfach das Gespräch.
Die Anlage würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen, aber auf gar keinen Fall dieses Apartment.
