In a still origin, agrarian environment between orange trees and olive groves offers Ca Na Franca holidays amid the nature, but you are within 15 minutes by foot at the gorgeous market square of the town. Soller offers demanding mountain hiking or introspective promenades, bathing holidays with children (beach 10 minutes by car or train). It doesn’t matter whether it is summer or winter, each season has its own multitude and very different possibilities. From the large terrace you have a wonderful view onto the valley, the wild-romantic Tramuntana Mountains and the charming town Soller. The finca itself disposes of a large bright kitchen, a living room, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 modern bathrooms. All rooms are furnished very individually, it exists a bulked library and CD collection. The house is also suitable for the cold season, because of its electric heating and the cosy chimney stove.

Special features of the finca: Because the owner is an ambitioned hobby-chef, the kitchen is equipped with all needed utensils to conjure delicates out of the numerous provided Spanish cookbooks. For the warm season is a typical majorquin outdoor kitchen with working space, basin and cosy suite available. The living hall is cosy furnished so that you can also die away the evenings after hiking in a convenient, cosy way. The three bedrooms are individual and charming equipped. There is conscious no TV, because the panorama in front of the terrace replaces every movie. Numerous books and different music can be used by the guests.

Traumhafte Aussicht und absolut ruhige Lage

Dieses Haus befindet in Hanglage, nach Süden ausgerichtet und ist daher nicht zu fotografieren. Es liegt abseits der stark befahrenen Straßen von Soller, in einer Sackgasse, am Beginn des Wanderweges nach Binibassi, Fornalutx und Biniaraix. Das Zentrum von Soller ist trotzdem in 15 Minuten zu Fuß ( in 5 Min. per Auto )erreichbar.

Das Haus hat 3 Schlafzimmer auf 2 Etagen, 2 Bäder, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Kaminofen und Kuschelecke und eine perfekt vollständig ausgestattete Küche. Das Einkaufen von frischen Produkten in der Markthalle von Soller wird hier zum Urlaubserlebnis.
Übrigens, ein gebratenes Stück vom mallorcinischen Ur -Schwein, ist ein ganz besonderer Gaumengenuss.

Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist liebevoll im Detail und mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Von der Terasse mit Morgen- und Abendsonne hat man ein tolles Panorama über das Tal von Soller hinauf in die Serra de Tramuntana.

Das Haus war bis in alle Winkel sauber und gepflegt. Beim Lösen eines Problems, war die Nachbarin, deren Anwesenheit gar nicht stört, sofort zur Stelle.

Der Zugang von der Staße zum Haus ( parken am Haus nicht möglich ) ist für Gehbehinderte ggfs. ein Problem.

Die zentrale Lage von Soller bietet Wanderen hier fast unbegrenzte Möglichkeiten, für Autofahrer Ausflüge in alle Himmelsrichtungen. Für Eisenbahn - Liebhaber ist eine Fahrt mit dem "Roten Blitz" von Soller nach Palma, ein absolutes Muß. Auch Straßenbahn - Liebhaber kommen hier auf ihre Kosten, bei der Fahrt mit der alten Bahn durch das Orangental ( pflücken während der Fahrt verboten ) ans Meer nach Port Soller.
Auch das Schlendern durch die alten Gassen mit den Sehenswürdigkeiten gehört dazu.

Und Kneipen, Cafe´s und Restaurants gibt´s für jeden Geschmack und jeden Geldbeutel. Verlangen sie nur frisch gepressten Orangensaft, schmeckt erstens viel besser und sie tun auch noch was für die hier sehr notleidende Landwirtschaft.

Kurzum, uns hat´s gefallen und wir werden wiederkommen.

Sehr schön gelegenes Haus mit wunderbarem Blick über Soler, inmitten von Orangen- und Zitronenbäumen gelegen. Marktplatz von Soler zu Fuß in 10 Min. erreichbar. Wanderungen konnten wir direkt vom Haus aus starten. Betreuung durch Nachbarin (Deutsche) war sehr gut und angenehm.
