This lovely restored house with a living space of about 50 m² offers a cosy eat-in kitchen with an open fireplace and a beautiful bedroom with an extraordinary shower/bath en suite. From your bed you will have a stunning panorama view of the valley of Sóller up to the highest mountain of the island, the Puig Major and Fornalutx. Directly in front of the Casita is a large pool and around it you will find cosy places in the sun and shade. The location is perfect, above the Sóller with a beautiful view. You can reach Sóller on foot by a nice path through orange groves in about 10 minutes. The arrival is possible by car. An ideal place for relaxing and regaining strength. This is a non-smoking residence. On the 25,000 m² property you will find two other secluded Casitas - a respectful distance away - so that the property can be used for up to 6 people. Early requests for this are necessary.

Here in the northwest of the island you will find the highest mountain of the Tramuntana mountain range with a summit of about 1450 m - an absolutely ideal location for hikers. But also for normal walks through the beautiful and aromatic orange and lemon groves, this part of the island with its mountains and valleys and the picturesque coast of Deiá is a unique and charming relaxation region. The old natural harbour of Puerto de Sóller (about 3 km from the centre) offers good swimming and water sport options. Countless restaurants are present. Each season has its charm, for example, the blooming almonds during the end of January, the spring with countless flowers and the aromatic fall, with swimming or umbrella weather, very beautiful. July and August are primarily very warm and dry, ideal for a swimming holiday at stunningly located bays (Calas). Even if it looks dry and bad out during the high summer months in other places on the island, here it is always green.

  • Final cleaning € 100. While booking your flight find out about completing a trip cancellation insurance. A rental deposit of 50% is due within 5 days after the booking date. The remaining amount of 50% is to be paid before your arrival. With a cancellation of the rental contract by the tenant, a compensation for damages must be paid according to the following levels: up to 90 days before rental begin = 25% of the rental price up to 30 days before rental begins = 60% of the rental price up to 20 days before rental begins = 75% of the rental price up to 90 days before rental begins = 25% of the rental price. The tenant also always has the right to provide another tenant who will take their place in the existing contract.

die Casita und die Umgebung ist im Original noch schöner als auf den Fotos, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gepflegt, ein traumhafter Blick auf das Gebirge und ins Tal. Etwas beschwerliche Fußwege, aber für jeden machbar. Wenn man Abends unterwegs ist, darf die Taschenlampe nicht fehlen (ist vorhanden). Sollten wir zu Wiederholungstätern werden, würde es die Casita werden! An dieser Stelle nochmal vielen Dank an die Vermieterin für die nette Betreuung.

Ein kleines Paradies - traumhaft...

Wirklich ein schönes Domizil zum Relaxen. Garten bildhübsch angelegt. Mehrere Sonnen-, aber auch Schattenplätze. Umfangreiche Ausstattung. Das Zentrum von Soller ist fußläufig in 10 min. zu erreichen (bergab), zurück (bergauf) in ca. 15 min., Taschenlampe am Abend erforderlich (gehört zur Ausstattung), aber alles gut machbar. Angaben im Online-Inserat korrekt, Casita und Garten ist sauber und gepflegt, Betreuung durch Vermieter gut, nicht aufdringlich, Casita ist weiter zu empfehlen. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen.
