Villa Douro is in Acoteias, a small suburb of Albufeira, the tourist centre of Algarve. However, being that it is about 7 km from Albufeira, it is in no way in the middle of business of this city. It is in a clear residential area with other villas and houses/apartments. You can reach the beach in just a few minutes by foot (about 500 m). This part of the typical Algarve sand beach with a fascinating cliff-lined coast is constantly kept clean and is the perfect spot for sun bathing and relaxing. The 'Centre' of Acoteias is within walking distance. There is a cosy atmosphere there with several restaurants with typical Portuguese and international cuisine, there are also small pubs, shops and a supermarkets with bakery.

Acoteias is a small suburb of Albufeira with direct access to Praia da Falesia, a 4 km long sand beach with the red cliff-lined coast typical for Algarve. There are stone pine forest in the area. Albufeira is 7 km away, Vilamoura (Europe's most modern marina) is 6 km away, Faro (airport, shopping centre) is 25 km away.

Unser Lieblingsort im Winter

Wir fliegen schon seit Jahren in dieses schöne Haus; meistens im Winter, ausserhalb der Saison.
Es ist für uns jedes Mal wieder der perfekte Urlaub.
Das Haus ist ein absoluter Traum.

Wir geniessen dort die Ruhe, das sonnig-warme Meeresklima wenn es bei uns schneit und das unbeschwerte Leben in der Villa und der näheren Umgebung - auch immer herzlich und aufmerksam umsorgt.
(Danke Dorelia und Antonio :-) )

Ob Sonnenuntergänge an den Klippen, in den Dünen und am Strand, die Abende am Kamin, Doraden auf dem Grill oder mit den Kindern am Pool - viele unvergessliche Momente werden wir immer mit diesem idyllischen Ort verbinden.

Das war eine Punktlandung! Waren im Oktober zu 5 Personen in diesem schönen Feriendomizil. Alles war genauso wie beschrieben bzw. wie auf den Bildern sichtbar. Es war sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Einen Sonderpunkt für den Vermieter! Sehr nett und immer ansprechbar.
Wir haben dieses schöne Urlaubsparadies bereits weiterempfohlen und
kommen nächstes Jahr wieder.
Drei Generationen bedanken sich für einen Urlaub wie aus dem Bilderbuch!

Sehr schöne Ferientage in einem Traumhaus

Wir waren wieder einmal für eine Woche hier und haben die Ruhe der Nachsaison sehr genossen. Das Wetter war auch Anfang November noch mit 27°C fantastisch und das Baden im Atlantik sehr angenehm. Wir waren bereits zum dritten Mal hier und werden sicher wiederkommen.

Freunde aus Büschergrund in der Algarve

Zum zweitenmal , diesmal mit Freunden ,waren wir in der Villa Douro 2. Es war für uns alle ein erholsamer Urlaub. Die Villa ist gut ausgestattet, sauber und entspricht weiter den Angaben des Online Inserates. Der Pool wurde täglich genutzt. Preiswerte Restaurants und praktische Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gleich in der Nähe. Der praia da Falesia ist immer wieder ein Erlebnis. Diese Villa kann man nur weiterempfehlen und wir werden auf jedem Fall wieder kommen.

Achtung Wiederholungsgefahr ;-)

Wir haben diese Villa im August besucht. Sie ist wirklich nicht weit vom Strand weg und die Zimmer der Villa sind sehr groß. Die Küche und der Pool super. Es ist wirklich so wie es in der Beschreibung steht. Ich kann es nur empfehlen. Auch die Einheimischen sind sehr sehr nett.
