Die Lage ist einmalig schön, unser Appartement war im oberen Teil der Anlage, eine Dachwohnung mit Dachterasse. Sehr gepflegte und sichere Anlage und im oberen Teil ruhig. Die Besitzer sind freundlich, das Personal hilfsbereit. Leider waren die Küchenutensilien etwas spartanisch, Küchenhandtuch fehlte, Bratwender, aber dafür ein Korkenzieher. Die elektrischen Geräte funktionierten einwandfrei, die Wohnung war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sauber. Vom unteren Hotel war 2 x in der Woche Musik zu hören, jedoch nicht störend. Das Dorf ist malerisch und man bekommt alles für den täglichen Bedarf. Es klappte auch alles mit der Reservation/Anzahlung usw. Die Waschmaschine war nicht in der Wohnung, man kann sie stundenweise "buchen", wenn nötig. Die schmale STrasse von Limosine nach Tremosine ist am besten mit einem kleineren Wagen zu bewältigen, da wir in der Schweiz in einer Bergregion leben, war das für uns kein Problem. Man kann von Tremosine aus verschiedenen Wanderungen unternehmen (steil.....), sich im Schwimmbad abkühlen, oder mit dem Schiff günstig nach Malcesine fahren und dann mit der Gondel auf den den Monte Baldo fahren. (Achtung, früh dort sein, sonst lange Wartezeit). Und am Strand in Limosine findet man immer einen Platz, das Wasser ist im August angenehme 24 Grad warm. Weniger empfehlenswert war die Küche im Hotel Paradiso (Schauderterrasse), da geht man doch lieber in die Pizzerias im Ort. Uns hat es sehr gefallen und wir würden um diese Jahreszeit im Terry wieder Ferien buchen.

Schöner, ursprünglicher Italienurlaub

Schöne Anlage, sehr sauber und gepflegt, wunderschön gelegen oberhalb des Sees in einer nicht vom Tourismus geprägten Landschaft. Hier erlebt man das ursprüngliche Italien, das sehr schöne, urige Dorfzentrum, wo sich auch ein schönes Restaurant befindet, ist in weniger als 5 Gehminuten erreichbar. Die Fahrt hinunter an den See ist ein bißchen abenteuerlich, aber eben auch das macht den Reiz aus und ist landschaftlich sehr schön. Wir haben dort einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Urlaub am Gardasee Tremosine/Pieve TRAUMHAFT!!!

Die Ferienanlage ist für Italien ungewöhnlich sauber und zum größten Teil neu. Der Besitzer ist vor Ort und immer bemüht seine Anlage in Schuss zu halten! Die Menschen sind sehr freundlich, höflich und hilfsbereit. Auch unser großer Hund war willkommen. Die Residenz Terry ist absolut weiterzuempfehlen. Wir waren bereits zum zweiten mal dort und es war sicherlich nicht das letzte mal. Geboten wird ein Pool mit Nichtschwimmerbereich und kleiner Liegewiese mit kostenlosen Schirmen und Liegen, Tennisplatz (10,-€/Std.), sowie einen Fussballplatz. Eine kleine Bäckerei mit Wurst und dem nötigsten erreicht man in nicht mal 2 Gehminuten. Einen etwas größeren Supermarkt, Eisdielen, Tabakshop und die Info erreicht man in 5 Gehminuten.
Diese Bergseite ist mit ihrer Vegetation die viel schönere. Die Menschen sind noch richtig typisch und es ist nicht so überlaufen wie auf der anderen Seite. Für jemanden der den Tourismus-Rummel sucht ist sie allerdings nichts. Da die Fahrt auf den Berg recht abenteuerlich ist (man gewöhnt sich aber daran), überlegt man sich jede unnötige Fahrt. Das Gardaland erreicht man über die Autobahn (Arco-Affi) in 1,5 Std. Nach Limone sind es ca. 15Min. Strände für Surfer sind in nicht mal 25 Min. locker zu erreichen. Auch wer gerne einen Markt besucht, kommt in Toscolano Maderno ca.35Min. oder Desenzano (der größte Markt am See) ca. 1Std15 voll auf seine kosten. Bummeln kann man auch schön in Limone 15Min. und Riva 25Min. Auch schön ist eine Bootsfahrt von Limone aus nach Malcesine zum Beispiel. Kostet pro Person hin und zurück ca.16,-€.
Fazit: Unterkunft absolut empfehlenswert, Landschaft traumhaft!!!
