It is a 200-sqm old stone house, surrounded by a very original garden with oak and chestnut woods not far. It's situated in a organic/permaculture farm with lots of bio-diversity. Wildness is its precious caracteristic. Very isolated and quite with spece and light inside. It is furnished with original antiques and family heirlooms; with 4 spacious bedrooms (3 double + a single and 1 twin bedded room). There is a big liveable kitchen with fireplace, fully equipped and a spacious living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace that leads to a 35-sqm portico with a wide open panorama. There is also a 3,5 x 12 meter swimming pool overlapping with running water and view. A 2,5 km track leads in to town with shops and facilities. Situated in an area of great historical and artistic interest (Etruscanspiritual center): Orvieto (17 km); Bolsena lake (15 km); Civita di Bagnoreggio (16 km). Both Siena and Rome airports, are an easy hour and a half drive away. Train station stays half an hour away
