This lovely 2-bedroom & 2-bathroom apartment, is located on the water edge, at the foot of one the most beautiful bay at Majorca. It is like a small Villa and becomes an excellent base for a relaxing holiday in Majorca. Sandy beach is at walking distance, and seawaters are crystal clear with lovely turquoise & deep blue shades. Swimming pool is very large and its position, in front of the sea, ideal. The area has very traditional villages – Arta, Capdepera, Cala Rajada – with a lot of character, history and very good restaurants & shops. The apartment is decorated with great taste inside; white magnolia colours on the walls, valuable furniture giving a local character on the rooms, and original modern painting all around. All done to high standards. Terrace is very large and has direct views on the sea: it has barbecue, sun beds, table & chairs for lunch and dinner outside. The Golf field is just at half a mile from the apartment.

Marvellous views, secluded area.

The apartment has views on the most beautiful part of the North East Coast of Majorca. It is located in the best-preserved part of the island, with the highest standards. The nearby Villages give all the local character, and you will find many secluded beaches around. Seawaters are crystal clear and no crowds around. It is a marvellous place for relaxing, for taking really a break.

Ideal for Sports. Exceptional location for Golfers

In the area you can practise all sorts of sports: swimming, diving, fishing, tennis, cycling, walking, and golfing. In fact one of the best golf fields of Majorca (18 holes), the Golf Club of Canyamel, is just at half a mile from the Apartment. You will find also another 3 more Golf fields around; The Golf Roca Viva at Capdepera, The Golf S´Era de Pula at Son Servera, and the Golf of Costa de los Pinos.
