This holiday apartment, only 200 meters away from the beach, is situated in a small residential complex which borders a park. You reach the apartment through a private staircase. This modern apartment is tastefully furnished and consists in 2 bedrooms, a living/dining-room, a kitchen with a large entrance to the dining-room, a bathroom and a separate WC. There is also a large terrace (120 m2) built on 2 levels, partially covered with an open-air shower built with bricks and tiles, shady and sunny areas and a view over the park. The residential street leads directly to a marvellous sandy beach. On the beach you can choose between two very beautiful bays. In both of them a snack bar offers refreshing drinks and small snacks. Shops and several very good restaurants of different nationalities are just around the corner.

La Zenia, located approximately 6 km South of Torrevieja, has several international restaurants, cozy cafes and bars. Good shopping opportunities in supermarkets such as Lidl, Aldi or Mercadonna. There is also a direct bus service to Torrevieja with its weekly markets, every night art and craft markets and there are also regular “fiestas”. Boat trips, attractions, Aquapark and a few discos nearby. There are many other excursions such as to the palm Garden in Elche, the Stalactite Caverns, the Crooked House in Guardelest and the Miniature Museum. You can also go to the safari park, the springs of Los Fuentes, to Dune and Nature Parks and visit historical villages like Cartagena, Lorca, Murcia, Mula, etc.

Ein kleines Paradies, ruhig und trotzdem zentral gelegen.
Kurzer Weg zum super Strand von La Zenia.
Auch zum Einkaufen nicht weit, zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Die Kröhnung ist die kleine ( ziemlich große ) Terrassenanlage, einfach Spitze mit Außendusche
und vielen Blumen, Kakteen, Palmen usw.
Sehr zu empfehlen.

Ideal place for a quiet beach holiday, especially for families with small children! There is a beautiful safe beach in 5 minutes walking on a quiet street, but also an excellent pool next door. The apartment is very well equipped and clean, the two private terraces provide enough sunshine and shadow as well. As there is no airconditioning, it might get hot in the summer – which we actually enjoyed. Renting a car is useful in case you want to extend your entertainment options - there is ample parking capacity before the house. There is also enough to see/do in the neighborhood. We found this holiday house of great value, worth to recommend!

Die Wohnung selbst überbietet in Wirklichkeit die Beschreibung im Internet noch. Es ist eine traumhaft schöne 2teilige Terrasse mit wunderschönem Blumen- und Pflanzenbestand vorhanden, man fühlt sich wie in einem Garten aufgehoben. Die Lage ist traumhaft. kein Verkehrslärm, kein Nachbarschaftslärm, man hört abends auf der Terrasse das Rauschen des Meeres, es es alles einfach himmlisch. Schöner kann ein Urlaub nicht sein, da alles vorhanden ist.

Unser Feriendomizil lag sehr zentral, wie beschrieben. Die Aktivitäten für Jungendliche sind nicht gut. Es ist ein Erholungsdomizil. Durch die Terrasse mit Dusche fühlen wir uns von anfang an sehr wohl. Für uns passe alles.
