Photos and Description of this Poppi holiday house

The house is situated in the midst of an incomparably beautiful location, on a large property with Mediterranean flora and fauna and its own forest. The view of the surroundings is enchanting; whether from one of the terraces on the first and second floors (ground & 1st floor GB), or from the 'tower.' There are no houses or roads far and wide, just pristine nature. Guest will not forget a vacation in this house. The pool is situated just behind the house in a sheltered, sunny location. The spacious living room is located on the 1st floor. It has numerous couches and armchairs, a stone fireplace, satellite TV, an exit to the pool, and a second exit to the large, covered patio out front. It also has 1 bedroom and a bathroom. The 2nd floor (1st GB) has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is another two-bed room up one more flight of stairs in the tower. The large kitchen is located in the cellar, which becomes the ground floor in the front of the house.

The vacation home is part of the municipality of Poppi, a small town in Casentino. This beautiful, wooded area is located in the heart of Tuscany, and has not been overrun by tourists. Despite this, its proximity to Florence (50 km), Siena (80 km), Arezzo (30km), and other well-known towns allows for easy day trips. There is also plenty to discover in the immediate vicinity, such as small towns, churches, cloisters, (La Verna and Camaldoli), castles, etc. Rustic trattorias, in which holiday guests can get to know and love the local cuisine, can also be found everywhere. A modern shopping centre, many typical little businesses, 'bottegas,' and of course markets can be found everywhere, guaranteeing a pleasant shopping trip. In short, visitors will wish for nothing.

Äusserst schöne Aussichtslage; Privancy garantiert:
Sehr geräumiges Wohnzimmer; sehr geräumige, recht gut eingerichtete Wohnküche; Zustand des Hauses/Inneneinrichtug und Aussengrill zum Teil verbesserungsbedürftig; Zufahrt zum Haus für grosse Autos nur bedingt geeignet: Äusserst liebenswürdige Vermieter.
Ideales Domizil für Natur- und Kulturfreunde.
