The apartment stretched over 2 floors has sleeps for 4 – 5 persons. The kitchen, a living-sleeping room with double sofa bed and chimney as well as a separate WC with washing machine is located in the first floor. A terrace opens up by the kitchen and enters into the garden with a fantastic view above the Maremma. In the second floor a bedroom with double bed and single bed as well as a spacious bathroom with WC are situated.

The apartment is situated in the same house like Bella Vista at the edge of a small village. It offers sleeps for 2 persons. The apartment is in raised ground floor and provides a living room with kitchenette and additionally a chimney. The terrace opens up from the bedroom with double bed and small sofa bed. It offers a fantastic view above the Maremma. Here, you can watch German TV channels. Garden furniture as well as loungers is sufficiently available.

From this place you have a wonderful view above the valley up to the sea and to the island Elba as well as other Etruscan villages in the hills. In summer, when it is too hot and oppressive at the sea you will appreciate an enjoyable drive through old villages, castles, along vineyards and olive groves back to the holiday home. Here you can enjoy a glass of wine or the Tuscan specialities bought on your journey. 2 restaurants and shops for the daily needs are reachable without a car.

Notes: Nice and stylish furbished apartment for 2 persons. Kitchen living room with chimney: the kitchen is fully equipped with all usable details. The apartment has a separate entrance and central heating, community garden with barbecue and pool (open from mid May – end of September). We have tried hard to keep the original style but to update the method and comfort. The furniture is lovingly chosen and in Tuscan style. A nice garden with barbecue and pool invites for sunbathing
