The apartment stretched over 2 floors has sleeps for 4 – 5 persons. The kitchen, a living-sleeping room with double sofa bed and chimney as well as a separate WC with washing machine is located in the first floor. A terrace opens up by the kitchen and enters into the garden with a fantastic view above the Maremma. In the second floor a bedroom with double bed and single bed as well as a spacious bathroom with WC are situated.

La Pergola is located in the same house as Bella Vista and has direct access to the garden and pool. The 2.5 room apartment offers sleeps for 3 persons. It is parted into a separate bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa bed and a kitchen with dinette. A portico 8roofed terrace) also belongs to the apartment. The bathroom provides a shower, WC as well as a washing machine.
