Year 2009 in pounds sterling. Number of guests up to: 2, 4, 6, 8. After each month, the prices are in this order of occupants. January / March 420, 535, 690, 920. April 475, 605, 780, 1.035. May 565, 720, 930, 1.235. June 675, 860, 1.105, 1.475. July / August 730, 930, 1.195, 1.595. September 730, 930, 1.195, 1.595. October 605, 770, 990, 1.315. November/December 420, 535, 690, 920. Year 2010, the above rates remain unchanged.
Notes to the full tariff
Optional pool heating is charged at £100 per week and cot rental at £30 per week.There is a £50 booking supplement in respect of any agreed weekend arrival dates. A returnable deposit of £100 is required on arrival to cover any unforeseen breakages. Off-season, the cost of space heating if required is calculated and paid locally. A deposit of £75 per person is required on booking and the balance six weeks prior to arrival. The usual travel and cancellation insurance is recommended. Terms for long lets off-season are quoted on request. Special terms apply to Christmas and New Year bookings. All rentals are payable to the managing agents.

Accommodation downstairs
ENTRANCE HALL. A large welcoming area with cloakroom, and glass doors to a terrace, it is completed with typical and antique local artefacts. SITTING ROOM. A large attractive room with views of the pool and terraces. The hand fabricated stone fireplace houses an electrically assisted wood burning stove whilst the area is furnished in a tastefully restful style with vivid touches of the old Algarve. The villa is served with satellite television. DINING ROOM. This room enjoys views over the countryside towards the ocean. It is open plan in style and seats eight in comfort and once again is furnished in the traditional Algarvean style with many antique pieces. KITCHEN. There are beautiful views from each aspect of the villa. The kitchen overlooks the front gardens and comes fully equipped with a refrigerator / freezer, gas cooker, dish washer, micro wave oven, a small electric oven and all other usual kitchen machinery.
Bedrooms and the Veranda
BEDROOMS. There are four spacious double bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms with WC's. Two of the bathrooms have baths with additional showers, and the other two have showers. All bedrooms have access to private balconies or terraces. THE VERANDA is a covered summer living space set between open pillars and arches houses a large brick barbecue and tiled outdoor dining table. Sunny for breakfasts and sundowners, and shaded for lunches and reclining, the veranda makes for luxurious outdoor living. A few easy steps lead down to the swimming pool, the terraces, and to the gardens. The specially constructed games area, equipped for boules and other pastimes offers particularly attractive views to the coast, as does the nearby constructed gazebo.
