Haus außen toll, innen schlecht

Dieses Haus verfügt nicht nur über eine ganz einfache Einrichtung, diese ist auch noch sehr abgewohnt. Die Möbel sind durchgesessen, die Teppiche(Auslegware) fleckig. Das übrige Mobiliar ist abgestoßen und alt. Der Eingangsbereich(Küche/Sitzbereich) wirkt zudem auch noch kalt und ungemütlich. Das Haus von außen und auch der kleine Wintergarten im Obergeschoß mit Balkon sind jedoch gut nutzbar. Die Angabe von 9 Personen mit nur einem Badezimmer ist viel zu hoch gegriffen. Für eine Familie mit 2-3 Kindern oder höchstens 2 Paaren wäre das Haus von der Größe her gut nutzbar.
