The apartment is in the nature with an idyllic biotope in the garden. It is perfect to swim in summer or ice skating in winter. Enjoy quiet and recovery or visit the most important places of interest in Mostviertel. You can move around our wonderful scenery or pedal along the Moststraße (street of the must) with many inns along it. If you want to relax, you can do it on your 70m² big, in parts roofed, terrace. On your terrace you can all day experience a romantic sundown. The exclusive bathroom with starry sky want you invite to have a relaxing bath. After the bath you can taste a bottle of wine from our wine cellar in front of the fireplace.

Your apartment is very easy to find. When you leave the highway at the exit Amstetten Ost drive to Amstetten. Then you have to pass two traffic circles. You take always the second exit. After the traffic circles turn into the first street left. You drive 1km and you can see Leutzmannsdorf. At the beginning of the village take the first street left and now you can see your apartment. You are welcome!
