Only 2 km away from the nice village Sineu you can find this beautiful stone house up the hill with views into the landscape until the Tramuntana Mountains. For up to four people the perfect vacation villa for a tranquil time within Pine trees on one and Almond trees on the other side. The house is parted into two bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, and living room with dining area. The terrace in front of the living room with its views towards the pool and garden and further into the plot with the almond trees (marvellous at the end of January end of February with the almond blossom) makes everything complete. The nice Mediterranean garden and the greens around the pool make this property also in the summer to a little oasis far away from all touristic activity.

Sineu, situated in the centre of Majorca is the ideal basement for trips in any direction on the island. The village has approx. 2500 habitants and is a living village with sports facilities, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, cultural spots such as the church which was reformed over 5 years. One of the biggest markets takes place every Wednesday. Next beach is Playa de Muro in the bay of Alcudia only 20 min. by car, Palma and the airport 30 min., Inca (leather town) with lots of shopping facilities 7 min. Further you can take the train to Manacor or right into Palmas centre the Plaza Espana from where you can take the old fashioned train to Soller and Puerto Soller.

Einfach traumhaft!

Durch Zufall sind wir auf diese traumhafte Finca gestossen. Sie ist beinahe noch schoener als auf den Bildern im Internet. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut (sogar mit Waschmaschine), fuer 4 Personen ist ausreichend Platz vorhanden. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt, man hat einen wahnsinnig schoenen Blick auf Weiden, Oliven- und Mandelbaeume und bei guter Sicht auch auf das Tramuntanagebirge. Sie ist absolut ruhig gelegen, in der Naehe des Dorfes Sineu, wo man gut fuer den taeglichen Bedarf einkaufen kann und wo mittwochs ein toller Markt stattfindet, auf dem man von Tieren ueber Handwerk, Obst, Troedel, Schmuck, Kleidung,... also alles kaufen kann. Die Buchung uebers Internet war problemlos, wir hatten einen Superservice, vor Ort hatte man jederzeit sehr nette und hilfsbereite Ansprechpartner (deutsch oder spanisch). Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder auf diese Finca fahren und koennen sie nur empfehlen. Erholung pur!!!!!

Wir haben in dieser absolut traumhaft gelegenen Finca zwei Wochen mit unserem 8 jährigen Sohn Urlaub gemacht. Es war einfach toll und leider viel zu schnell vorbei.

Die Finca ist genau wie in dem Inserat beschrieben. Die Bilder geben das Domicil 1 zu 1 wieder. Das Haus ist toll ausgestattet, insbesondere auch die Küche. Es war sehr sauber, ebenso der Pool. Dieser ist an allen Stellen 1,90 m tief - somit für Kleinkinder eher nicht so perfekt geeignet.

Wir würden dieses Domizil ausnahmslos an Freunde und Bekannte weiterempfehlen.

Durch die zentrale Lage hat man die Möglichkeit in jede Ecke der Insel auch kurzfristige Ausflüge zu machen. Ein Auto ist allerdings ein Muss.

Von der Terrasse kann man das ganze Tal überblicken. Die Poolseite ist zur Sonnenseite ausgerichtet, wodurch man sich am Pool sonnen kann. Auf der Terrasse kann man dann durch das Bambusdach auch den Schatten genießen.

Absolut empfehlenswert!!!

Organisation und Betreunung vor Ort waren sehr gut.Die Lage etwas abseits, dafür jedoch mit toller Aussicht.Ein Auto ist erforderlich.Vista Grande ist absolut sauber und der allgemeine Zustand des Objektes perfekt.
Wir haben zwar ein anderes Stammdomizil würden jedoch jederzeit wieder in diese schöne Finca gehen.

Schönes Haus auf einer Anhöhe

Schönes Haus auf einer Anhöhe zwischen Sineu und Saint Joan ca 35 min vom Flughafen Palma entfernt.
Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen , hier gibt es Entspannung pur und viel Natur. ( wer Party möchte ist hier falsch).

Der nächste Strand ist ca 30 Autominuten entfernt.

Im Dorf gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt.
Die größeren Supermärkte findet man in Inca und Can Picafort(ca 25 min)

An Ausstattung ist fast alles vorhanden und es ist alles sehr sauber. (Nur die Spülmaschine hat uns gefehlt).

Im Haus gibt es 2 Schlafzimmer , 2 Badezimmer, Küche und Wohnzimmer.(Sat TV und Stereo Anlage)

Der Swimminpool ist über einige Stufen zu erreichen , leider ist er an allen Stellen 1,90 m tief .
Das hat uns nicht gestört , ist aber für kleine Kinder zu tief.

Es sind 4 Liegen und 2 Sonnenschirme vorhanden.

Als sehr positiv möchte ich den Kontakt zu den Vermietern / Vermittler bewerten.

Der Schriftverkehr per E-Mail klappte super und es wurde sehr schnell auf Fragen geantwortet.

Urlaub auf dem Land

Sehr schönes, neu erstelltes Sommerhaus mit fantastischem Fernblick bis zum Tramuntanagebirge.
Das Haus liegt auf einer kleinen Anhöhe und ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig und sehr sauber. Der Swimminpool ist jedoch nur für Schwimmer.
In der näheren Umgebung kann man auf den landwirtschaftlichen Verbindungswegen gefahrlos wandern.
Hier kann die Seele problemlos ihre Ruhe finden.
Wir waren jetzt zum zweitenmal da und kommen bestimmt im mai (und nicht zum letzten mal) wieder.
Mit den netten und hilfsbereiten Vermietern läßt sich
gut plaudern oder mal ein Glas Wein trinken.
