Little Paradise is an exquisite self-catering 3 bedroom holiday house fabulously situated in the delightful seaside community of Noordhoek, Cape Town. The spacious house (220m2) is located minutes from spectacular Noordhoek Beach, and nestling under the mountains of the Silvermine Nature Reserve. The property boasts an entirely indigenous garden (3.500 m2) incorporating a wide variety of species, a fish pond and a large swimming pool. From here you enjoy a genuine 270 degree sweeping view of the mountains, the valley, the wetlands and the sea and you can observe a wide variety of bird life.

Noordhoek attracts especially those in touch with nature. Noordhoek’s 8km beach is the longest stretch of pure white sand in the whole peninsula. Indigenous Cape Fynbos cover the slopes of surrounding mountains and stretch down to the coastal plain and wetlands area. Noordhoek offers plenty of wide open spaces, wildlife and breathtaking scenery. Despite its country atmosphere, Noordhoek has a lot to offer, including restaurants, a shopping mall, horse-riding, whale watching, hiking trails, surfing, kiting, bird-watching, a game reserve, plus nearby 4 golf courses, camel rides and a penguin colony. The main attractions of the Cape like the V&A Waterfront, Table Mountain, Cape of Good Hope, Constantia Winelands are all within a few minutes drive.

Gas fireplaces in the lounge and the dining room lend Little Paradise a warm and cosy atmosphere. The lounge and the dining room have direct access to the covered veranda, the kitchen to the rear garden and to our herb garden.

Families with children: Little Paradise is an ideal destination for families with children. The big garden is completely fenced in and far from the next street. It offers innumerable possibilities to play and to rag, but also to the direct contact with the nature. The large swimming pool, the fish pond and our playground with swing, slide and sand pit will cause special enthusiasm at your small ones. For the safety of your children we provide several safety features, witch include a pool-net, a screen for the pond and safety gates for the stairs. For your comfort we provide a cot, a potty and a high-chair.

Das "Little Paradise" trägt seinen Namen 100 % zu recht. Es ist ein sehr gepflegtes, liebevoll eingerichtetes und perfekt ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit sehr viel Atmosphäre. Die Gartenanlage ist wunderschön mit gepflegtem Rasen und herrlichen Pflanzen, mit vielen romantischen Sitzecken zum Verweilen, Frühstücken etc. und einem sehr sauberen Swimmingpool. Die Lage des Ferienhauses inmitten der Kaphalbinsel ist ideal. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Kapregion sind schnell zu erreichen. Die Landschaft ist spektakulär und der Ort bietet eine perfekte Infrastruktur vom Supermarkt bis hin zu Feinschmeckerrestaurants.

Wir haben uns auf Anhieb sehr wohlgefühlt, so dass wir bereits nach ca. 4 Monaten nochmals einen 2-wöchigen Urlaub hier verbrachten und dies sicherlich nicht zum letzten Mal.

Die Beschreibungen im Online-Inserat sind alle korrekt. Wir waren durch den Vermieter über alles gut informiert. Die Betreuung vor Ort war freundlich und ebenfalls sehr gut. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

"Really we had a wonderful time in South Africa. Noordhoek-Little paradise was our first holiday house in South Africa. We enjoyed the house very much. Location is perfect, just between Cape Town and the Cape. In the house we were glad to have the gas-heating! To my advise, never change a winning team. I think your house is perfect.
During our 3- week-holiday we had approx 10 houses and B&B's. I Think the accomodation at L Paradise was the first and.. one of the best."

Wir waren in der Zeit vom 24. - 31.03.2007 in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus. Dass wir einen so wunderbaren Urlaub hatten war nicht zuletzt diesem tollen
Haus zu verdanken, wo wir einen sehr entspannenden Urlaubsstart
genießen konnten. Es gab wirklich nichts auszusetzen.
